Goed voor jongeren die niet veel slaap nodig hebben.

Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer met sanitair. Allemaal proper. Balie is 24/24 open, je kan er iets drinken, eten, spelletje biljart spelen. Klein kinderspeelhoekje aanwezig.

Geen parkeerplaats in omgeving, hostel vraagt 15 euro extra voor parking. Dunne muren waar je alles door hoort. Heel harde matrassen. Slechts 2 bedden werden opgedekt. Wij kwam savonds toe met drie jonge, vermoeide kinderen en moesten nog 3 bedden helemaal opdekken, jammer. In andere hostels was dit in orde. De stapelbedden kraken en piepen enorm als iemand zich omdraait in bed.

Magisch Munchen

Grote kamer, comfortabel bed ( alles voor 1 persoon) en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Op 10 minuten loopafstand station.

Als je kamer aan de achterzijde hebt, kun je geluiden van de intensief gebruikte spoorlijnen horen.

The staff needs to learn customer support

The location and facilities

The staff had no knowledge of the system or the mobile app, they were least interested in helping out. An Indian kid didn't let me have a plastic bag because his boss Kingsley needed it..??? I asked for mobile checkin they said I'm being oversmart. Disappointing.

Mitternachtsrätsel

Sauber, einfach, günstig.

Es ist mir ein Rätsel. Mitten in der Nacht kam noch ein Zimmerbewohner hinzu. Soweit so gut. Er hatte jedoch keine Bettbezüge (Hygiene?) und schnarchte unfassbar laut die ganze Nacht. Sehr skurril. An Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Aber dafür kann der Anbieter natürlich nix.

Zweckmäßig

Die Lage war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. In der Nähe des Schloss Nymphenburg aber auch in der Nähe der Pasinger Arcaden. Es war ruhig und sauber.

Die Kissen waren unbequem und die Wände müssten mal wieder gestrichen werden.

War ok

Unkomplizierter Ablauf, man kann vorab online einchecken. Die Lahr war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt.

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Es ist etwas unters Bett gerollt, da hat schon länger keiner mehr geputzt. Im Bad müssten sie Fugen in der Dusche erneuert werden.

Ich komme gerne wieder

Das Frühstück fand ich sehr gut, ich hätte mich aber gefreut, wenn entkoffeinierter Kaffee im Angebot gewesen wäre. Vielleicht ist er das nächste Mal dabei, denn da meine Tochter in der Nähe wohnt, werde ich sicher öfter im a&o übernachten.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und habe dann in einem 4-Bett-Zimmer geschlafen, allerdings schon alleine. Das fand ich trotzdem nicht so gut. Das Bett war ok. Genervt hat am Sonntag in aller Frühe laute Musik bzw. die lauten Bässe, die zu mir ins Zimmer schallten. Außerdem habe ich den Wecker vom Nachbarzimmer klingeln hören.

Tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer 609, Es ist sauber und Preis/Leistung völlig ok aber man muss aufpassen bei den Zusatzkosten, Einfache Buchung über Booking war Problemlos, Die Betten waren etwas hart aber ok,

Nachberechnung von 15Euro / Übernachtung für das Parken vom Auto, Personal verschaffen sich Zugang und schauen ob man weg ist obwohl die Technik doch eindeutig dies mitteilen kann bei Check-Out, Personal am Empfang war etwas verwirrt,

Okay for a short stay

The location was good, close to the train station. A few restaurants were closeby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed there for two nights. It was supposed to be a double room, but they gave me dorm. The whole dorm was assigned to me, but it was ´not what we booked. Maybe due to Oktoberfest rushtime! The button to call the lift from 4th floor was broken, so I had to take stairs with my luggage.

This hostel provides a very poor service, as if you where paying for the cheapest hostel in the whole city... except you are not. Nobody respects sleeping hours and the staff doesn't bother to ask guests to abide by common courtesy, so it is very challenging to fall sleep and get some rest. This is particularly problematic in the summer, because the windows have to be open all night (there is no AC in the room). Additionally, the staff doesn't provide enough information about the hostel and its facilities. They are friendly sometimes, but not very helpful. Also, there are no lockers in the rooms, so your stay here can be unnecessarily burdensome.

Not good experience

The lock was not working for my room. When I arrived the hostel, lift was not working. I was given 6th & 4 floor two rooms where I need to carry my luggage all by own on the stairs as lift was not working. 4th floor room's lock was not working so waited by an hr and took the trip to reception multiple times to open the room.
