Very good but will not be returning due to a lack of communication surrounding an excessive deposit

The apartment was very spacious

It was not the room I had booked and was a lot bigger and I would not have upgraded had the room been described correctly. Also charged a £200 deposit which we were not told about before hand which was VERY inconvenient and seems excessive considering there was only 3 of us for 1 night.

Best stay in Liverpool

Excellent accommodation. Excellent location. The apartment was very spacious. We dealt with Paul, he was extremely helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with. We've stayed in Liverpool plenty of times. But this is by far the best accommodation that we've stayed in. We'll definitely be back.

Great clean apartment, excellent location

It was very close to all the shops, train station ect. The property was very clean and there was plenty of room for us.

There was a strange smell in the hallway, think it was polish but it was very strong. Not the Printwork’s fault but there was building work being carried out on both side of the building which was very loud. The workmen started on 8am and they were very loud

The location was amazing for central Liverpool and there was lots around to do

There was no wifi that we could find and the furnishing were a little shabby.

Amazing stay with an upgrade!

Staff were absolutely amazing and upgraded us to the penthouse for free. They were friendly, helpful and looked after our welfare ordering taxis etc. Cannot thank them enough.

excellent location, easy to walk around Liverpool. spacious inside, all equipment and facilities needed are there.

bed mattresses were a little thin, could feel the springs. but that’s the only complaint from our group .

Brilliant apartment

The apartment was fabulous, clean, comftable, spacious, Ans the location is absolutely perfect, pretty much less then 5 mins walk to town, and bars, docks. Will definitely stay there next time when booking. Staff great too 😃👍👍

Why to have all this doors that why not have open beetween rooms? To much you can hear beetween apartments. To much drinking, shouting and fighting from other guests.

idea location, very good value for money. ticked all the boxes for a girls night away

Location was great central for everything we wanted, met by a friendly helpful gent in reception made you feel welcome straight away.

Easy but cold

Good location close to nightlife and food outlets. Rooms include a iron and a board which is handy. The shower has good temperature and pressure but doesn't extract the steam well. It was handy as a last minute booking for a bed for the night

The apartment was exceptionally cold when we arrived. The only form of heating was some electric space heaters and even after being in 11 hours the room was still cold. When we arrived we could see our breath in the room so it was a real struggle to feel comfortable when getting to ready. There is also no tea/coffee provided to have a warm drink. Additional to this there aren't any curtains and the blinds don't really keep it the light or give a full sense of privacy.

Good value for a family or group of friends close to bars and restaurants

Great location and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Parking is ppor, double yellow lines outside the property. Some dubious options locally but the car was still there in the morning!

great apartment lovley and clean. parking was approx 10 mins walk which was only downside but other than that location was great for city centre

Ok not gonna lie it was alright, rooms we're a little cold and the mattresses aren't the most comfortable. The decorating is bad but I'm a painter by trade so of course I'm very critical. The location is good literally a 2 minute walk to the city center but unfortunately it is a bit of a dump outside. Staff are nice and friendly and the people are all ok. All in all I would give it a six out of 10 it's certainly not the Hilton but at the same time it's not Alcatraz. Hope this helps.

The apartment was great and in the summer it would have been fine, it was just so cold.

The apartment was in a great location and was clean and tidy. The original guy on the desk was really helpful and friendly.

The apartment was really cold and when we spoke to the guy at the desk about it he really didn't care and said to give it time to warm up. We turned the heating on at 12pm and this was 7pm and when we got back at 11pm it was still really cold.
