Not acceptable level of service.

I don't understand as to what a housekeeping staff was doing in the room at the time of check-in for him to left the room open!! How many times hotel staff expects guest to ask for towel, to repair non functional TV set!!? Not Accepted At All. Poor service. What housekeeping staff member was doing in our room then when we checked in?

Service. Towels were not placed. TV was not working. Despite of asking to supply towels 3 times, there was no one to look after us. I will carry my own towels and a screw driver to repair TV incase hotel so not supply in time 😕

It was ok

I didn't have breakfast, it was neat and clean, location was good near to the place we wanted to go.

I didn't like the view from the window because it was like a dustbin and nobody will like this

Pleasant

Breakfast needs to be improved. Ordered plain Dosa, after testing did not feel to eat complete. Cutting Chai was really good one.

Nothing else is good here. Rooms are sparse and just about functional. My room chair was broken , bathroom door didn’t lock from outside, AC was pathetic , there was no water in the galley.

Disappointing

1. Bed sheet and linen were very clean 2.cupboard, kettel, tea/coffee were good.

1. The rooms were dated and required fresh paint/polish/repair. 2. Hot water system was down so had to call for hot water in bucket. 3. Except soap there were no amenities in toilet. Flush valve was leaking. no mat. 4. AC was making noise. 5. Breakfast was so so
