Престоят ни в този хотел премина бързо и неусетно. Местоположението му е много добро. Орагнизацията на персонала отлична. Изключително сме доволни от хигиената и бързината на обслужване в ресторанта. Храната е вкусна и разнообразна. Персоналът е млад, но се справя със задълженията си с лекота. Проличава си желанието за работа, не се забелязва напрежение. Останахме много доволни от всичко и всички. Пожелаваме на хотелите по нашето Черноморие да се представят по същия начин! Бихме предложили специален бонус на персонала на хотела в нашето студио "PANORAMA MOUNTAIN", до ски писта "ПАМПОРОВО - СТОЙКИТЕ", независимо от сезона.

Жалко е, че затваря на 15-ти септември. Би могло да се удължи функционитането му при добро време.

Este foarte aproape de plajă,de multe buticuri și activități,dacă nu ești mofturos ai ce să mănânci la fiecare masă,angajații hotelului au fost foarte drăguți cu noi,am reușit să ne facem check-in -ul la ora 12:00,angajații de la restaurant și-au făcut treaba foarte bine,foarte rapid,cum vedeau o farfurie goală,cum debarasau.Am citit în alte recenzii ca nu este apă caldă si vreau sa spun ca nu este adevărat.La orice ora am intrat sa facem duș,aveam apa fierbinte.Recomand înghețata,este foarte bună,berea din restaurant este bună,cea de lângă piscina nu ne-a fost nouă personal pe plac.Nu se vede nici răsăritul nici apusul din cameră,dar tot este o priveliște minunată la orice oră.

Sunt 3 lift-uri in total,desii un lift este special pentru angajați,doamnele care fac curat prefera sa ia liftul clienților și stau cu el blocat o oră sau mai mult.Cand se apropie sau este ora mesei stai sa ajungă liftul mult și bine,am așteptat la un moment dat 10 minute fără exagerare sa urcăm în cameră,nu știu dacă ar vrea sa urce cineva cu burta plină 7 etaje pe scări,de coborât am mai coborât dar de câte ori sa si urci 7 etaje?Apa de la piscina este foarte rece,dar am înțeles ca așa ar fi la aproape fiecare hotel(am mai auzit oameni care se plângeau).Mie personal nu mi-a plăcut ca nu a fost mâncare foarte variata,în fiecare zi aceleași feluri principale ,mai adăugau câte 2 lucruri noi pe zi dar atât.Doamna care se ocupă de curățenie nu știe engleză,ne-am înțeles cu ea prin semne,dar își făcea treaba destul de bine.Miroase a canalizare în baie rău de tot,în 6 zile cat am stat,non stop a mers ventilatorul la noi.La alte hoteluri unde am ales all inclusive snack-ul era mai bogat,aici sunt sandwich-uri,biscuiți și inghetata(știu ca este all inclusive lite dar mi-aș fi dorit să fie mai multe gustărele).Desii nu este vina proprietății,scriu aici poate ajuta pe cineva.Este un bar cu karaoke în fața hotelului,oamenii petrec pâna târziu,se aude destul de tare și cu ușa de la balcon închisă.

Хубаво местоположение на хотела, добро обслужване както от камериерката Мария на 10-ти етаж, така и от младите служители в ресторанта и на рецепцията, добре приготвена храна. Стаята беше просторна с всичко необходимо. Сравнително по-тихо беше отколкото в повечето големи хотели.

Хотелът е донякъде реновиран, но банята си беше за ремонт. Икономично отвсякъде, вместо сушилник - въженце за мокрите кърпи и бански, вместо голямо огледало в стаята - малко огледало, по едно малко шампоанче и душ гелче на човек еднократно, явно и продуктите за готвене са ограничени, щом храната беше вкусно приготвена, но все една и съща. Доста орязан ол инклузив лайт и откъм напитки. Все пак всичко е на границата на нормалното и очакваното.

No hot water , staff not speaking english , all incusive only by name(you are not alloud to stay by the pool or restaurant after 10 pm eaven if you are not ordering )

A very bad place

Location is ok, close to the beach.

The food was bad. Everyday the same thing, very very few options for breakfast and diner. You can't find a table in the restaurant especially at breakfast. We were not allowed to bring other drinks from outside the hotel because we had to buy from the bar, but, most times , there was nobody serving at the bar. The only place you can pay with card is at the reception. Neither the restaurant or the pool bar had POS and moreover to pay cash we had to have fixed ammounts because they didn't have change and they won't serve you. The program for the pool was 9 to 17, you couldn't go to the pool at 8:55 because they would not let you. The employees DO NOT speak english at all. Only 2 ladies at the reception understand a little english. The rooms are very small and there is no shower cabin in the bathroom. Conclusion: 2 stars maximum. We do not recommend this hotel.

good for the price you pay.

staff was very helpful. and price is reasonably good. if you looking for short trip with reasonable price, this is the place for you. location is also right next to the beach.

due to corona virus problems, most of the things was not on their top notch. rooms furnitures are mediocre. and shower really need some improvement.
