The hotel was across the street from a bar called “Fake Sober” that has about 100 people in the bar and street in front of the hotel until 3 am or later. I arrived at 2 am, and it was loud. Every night was loud from bars and the rooms were a bit dated. Not recommended that you bring children here.

Great location, but I think it’s a bit overpriced for the facilities and quality of the hotel room.

Location is great!

The room could be cleaner. I’ve found blood stain on the bed sheet.

Good hotel with good service

We were there for new year countdown. Location was very good. Staff was very helpful.

It was a pleasant surprise when it was my first trip to the city and booked this hotel by mistake.

Breakfast is a full range from western to Chinese and Oriental, with extremely friendly staff. The extra firm bed is the most firm bed I have ever stayed in at any hotel, and I have had the most dead sleep over the 3 days! Love the concept of eco-friendly and asking not to change the bed and towels over the three days, did t expect the reward of a free drink! I would just do it for the environment and saving the water and the labour.

nice on the surface but won’t return

rooms were spacious

not super clean. it was tidy but you can definitely see some ware due to lack of detailed maintenance. on the weekends, the noise from the nearby clubs was heard into the night. wouldn’t stay here again because of that

A great hotel for families traveling with young kids. Very spacious rooms and a good location!

convenient location, within walking distance to shopping, Taipei 101, lots of restaurants and Metro stations. It is also very kid friendly hotel that provides free breakfast that was pretty good.

Great location in Xinyi, comfortable stay

very well located in the shopping area of Xinyi, close to 101, Breeze Nan Shan and ATT almost at doorstep. about 10mins walking distance to Taipei city hall station and to the entire Mitsukoshi shopping blocks. sound proofing was quite good, we hardly heard noise although our room was right next to the lift lobby. bed was large and comfortable, room was well sized

the room had a slight musty smell when we entered probably due to the carpeting.

great location, nice service crew, old and dated property

the location ; the server at the cafe/ bar was fab! People are in general nice

the layout look rather dated and it could do with some refreshing look similar to the daan property. this doesn’t live up to the Home concept as I don’t find it homy enough. didn’t feel quite 4 stars

convenient location with great staff but not recommend for family stay

staff were great and helpful

need to walk through first floor bar/restaurant, too smoky(many people sitting there using cigarette), and very crowded at weekend, not feeling safe/comfortable walking through the first floor with kids. the room smells like KTV, with minor smoke and humidity combination. sound proof is not great, you can hear night club music and crowd noises
