Superb

Apartment has all accessories as promised. Thanks to washing mashine we did our laundry after days of traveling. Place has a lot pf restaurants and markets nearby.

I warn everyone against water battery in the bathroom. One has to learn how to set a good temperature of water. We burnt our hands several times.

Easy checking-in, the apartment was quite clean.

The washing machine needs to be cleaned. I had to bring my clothes to a public laundry after I had used the washing machine, to get rid of bad smell.

Great location and price. Needs attention to detail.

The boiler wasn't on when we arrived after a hot bus trip and the toilet had an issue that the water was still running. We had to fiddle with the knob to get the water to stop running almost every time we used it. There was a broken glass votiv holder.

Very good studio-apartment with everything you need for a few days stay.

Quite spacious, new and beautifully furnished apartment-studio. Comfy double bed, kitchen table, table for working, 3 chairs, sofa bed. there is an electric kettle to make tea or coffee, there is electric oven top so you can cook your own meal. There is a pan and pot, some kitchen tools, plates, several cups. A big bonus is washing machine if needed. Air conditioning. Location is not central, but if you are with a car that is not an issue. there is supermarket 5 min walking distance, at least 5 various restaurants. Good internet. Easy self check-in.

For me the pillows were too big. A bit noisy outside if you open a window at night.

Price matters.

It's a small apartment in the student village. Everything inside is minimalist - so it's a good option for a short overnight stay. The apartment is clean, all appliances work properly, Internet 7/10. Nearby is a big Lidl and a good Turkish food place. You don't have to expect too much - it's a simple place, and it's clean and pretty neat.

The refrigerator is not far from the bed, and is a little noisy. Outside is also quite noisy - you can hear the air conditioning from the nearest restaurant. Well, the student village itself is not the quietest place in the evenings :)

I recommend this room to everyone who comes to Sofia, clean room, great location, comfortable bed and great staff. To the center 15 min. By bus, there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the area.

The location was suitable for us, the place was clean and tidy

There was no extra pillows, no shampoo or coffee. The advertised free parking was misleading as there was no place to park on the streets.

Superb

We liked the cosiness and cleanliness of the studio. The central heating was very efficient. It's close to cafe's and shops. The check-in was super easy. Although it's quite a bit off the city centre, the commute is easy and the area is nice and lively.

A bigger blanket and more comfortable pillows would be good. The kitchenware and cutlery were just very bare minimum. Some floor cleaning tools like a basic scoop and brush would also help. We are not sure why but it took a while for the host to get back to us about our inquiries.

Heart of Grad Studenteski Sophia

Newer apartment. Excellent interior design and lighting. Good facilities. Elevator is available. Car parking free on the street. Dining facilities a plenty. Grocery store next door. Helpful hosts.

There is no microwave so you need to learn to use the oven ( bit tricky).
