About this house rental
This wonderful single level home features a spacious 2,600 square feet and has five bedrooms, and four bathrooms to sleep up to twelve guests.
Entering through the front door puts you right into the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen. Steps away you will find an attached condo that offers one bedroom and one bathroom with a private entrance.
Main House Living Room: Featuring comfortable furnishings including a sectional couch, Smart TV, and gas fireplace.
Main House Kitchen: The kitchen is fully outfitted with all essential appliances, making food preparation a seamless experience with ample counter space and all the necessary tools to create delicious meals. The bar top comfortably seats four, providing an ideal setting for gatherings.
Main House Dining Area: The dining area comfortably accommodates six guests and provides direct access to the outdoor space.
Main House Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom — King size bed, 30” Smart TV, and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedrooms 3 — Queen bed, Smart TV and access to full shared bathroom.
Bedrooms 4 — Queen bed.
Bathroom 2 and Bathroom 3 are shared full bathrooms offering a vanity and a shower.
Attached Condo:
Step through the front door into the main living area, where you'll find tiled floors, high ceilings, sofa seating and a Smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a gas range. This condo also features a distinct dining area and a full sleeper sofa for additional accommodation. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed, sofa seating, and a work desk, ensuring comfort and convenience. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo.
The condo is a very nice in-law suite on the front of our home. It is completely separate from our living space and you will have your own private parking space and entrance.
Outdoor Spaces:
The home offers outdoor spaces that feature plenty of seating. Enjoy an meal outside on the outdoor dining table or take in the stunning sunsets on the Adirondack chairs. You'll also enjoy a propane BBQ grill.
