The location took our breath away as did the breakfast! We actually found it difficult to want to leave our accommodation to see the sights of Santorini as it was so comfortable and stunning. The breakfast kept us going all day... it was so fresh and delicious. There was even a bottle of wine and bottles of water left in our fridge for free! Every day we would come back, after sightseeing and our room always smelled so fresh and clean. We even asked what the cleaning product was as it was so lovely....(they even gave us some to take home!) We absolutey loved everything about this accommodation! Most importantly, we felt like we have made lifelong friends with the beautiful, friendly, caring staff and miss them after only three precious nights. It was only a short walk to all the main streets but still very quiet.
There is not one thing that we didn't like, It was perfect in every way and would one hundred percent stay again. The only thing we didn't like was leaving.

We really enjoyed our stay here for our honeymoon, our room was lovely and the view was amazing, the hot tub was great and the breakfast (serves on the room) was absolutely amazing. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, especially Ella and Ikbal!
We loved it all, but I’d have loved a tea with milk in the morning! :)

Location in Fira was great! Located right by a stunning cathedral and the a few minutes walk to the most exciting parts of Fira. Beautiful Sea and sunset views from the hotel property. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly, helping us w/ transport to port, book cabs, breakfast preferences etc.

The redeeming factor about this hotel was that it is in Fira, Santorini and a lovely gentleman and woman ran the housekeeping and helped us with our bags. The breakfast was also nice and served on the terrace.
The rooms terrace however was communal meaning you are sharing the outdoor area with the people in the next room. The photos are very misleading. Also the property is a bit drab, it needs a paint and new linen at the very least. There were no robes or anything that mimics luxury. In fact for $885AUD a night it was probably not worth it.
The room states it is a “DELUXE CLIFF SUITE WITH CALDERA VIEW AND PRIVATE JACUZZI”. In our opinion, if you want luxury, don’t book this room. Spend an extra $200 a night and get real luxury.
Side note… we organised a trip to Oia for a sunset dinner and were sent a shared mini bus without even clarifying this would be the case. We were also told it was 45€ one way and the taxi companies set the price but in the following sentence if we booked a return trip they could do a better price at 35€ each way. We were dropped in Oia and told to make our own way to the restaurant on foot. This is fine but a pre explanation would have helped. We may have just caught the bus and saved ourselves 70€. It is quite upsetting to feel swindled by the hotel that you’re staying in and quite honestly the one we were most looking forward to on our honeymoon.

The staff here were exceptional and made sure each detail was perfect. The breakfast was incredible and served to the beautiful view of the caldera.
Note that the jacuzzi is heated, but this was nice in the morning and evenings.

Omg. This Accomodation was stunning. The views were uninterrupted views looking over Fira. Our room had everything and more you could want for a family of 5. The outdoor hot tub was very private and separated from the other rooms, and the view was stunning. The included breakfast was a feast, actually the best I’ve ever had. 5/5. Ideal for a honeymooning couple, family, absolutely anyone wanting to be treated like a king and queen. ❤️

Great central location away from the hustle of the main streets, amazing views and only a short 2-3 minute walk from the centre. Staff were friendly, great WIFI and smart tv, private jacuzzi was a nice touch but quite old and outdated. Can’t adjust temperature or anything all automatic.
I didn’t think it was worth the $$, I think it was missing a ‘wow’ factor for the price per night. Was a nice room but wouldn’t stay again.

All the staff, Sophia, Ella, and the bellboy provided the best service. They always went extra miles to help us with transportation and luggage, etc. Fantastic breakfast was delivered to our balcony every morning for us to enjoy in the awesome volcano views. This hotel experience is the best memory in Santorini!
All is perfect! If I have to be “picky”, my only disappointment is that you can’t really see the sunset views from the hotel which is not a big problem for us since you can walk down a couple minutes to the nearby locations for sunset.

The location was great, right next to town, but not noisy. The hot tub was amazing! Nice and warm with spectacular views. Staff were great, arranging transfers and carrying our luggage to and from (which was very welcomed with the hills and stairs). Breakfast in our room each day was also great. A good variety to start each day. I would highly recommend this hotel.
A bit too much cleaning product is used, so you will want to air out your room each day.

the location was on the quieter side. we had a room which has great views of the caldera and a private jacuzzi. it was absolutely Magical. Sophia and Ella were absolutely lovely!! the breakfasts are scrummy - something you can just be full with for the day!

We stayed for two amazing nights. Everything was exceptional at Caldera Cliff Illusion. Ella, the kind lady at front desk gave us a warm welcome in our arrival. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The room was clean and super cozy with a very private jacuzzi.

Maria was such a delight. She also had a puppy that was absolutely adorable. The young man that carried our luggage was a very hard worker and very strong. :) The view was amazing but the walk is a lot in that entire area. Be prepared to walk up lots of cobblestone stairs. The room was very nice and comfortable.
Edit......I am upgrading the review from a 6 to a 7. Lily from the front desk called to apologize for her behavior. Although, it is a wonderful gesture and certainly not required, Lily took the time. Thank you for reaching out. I certainly would never cause anyone to lose a position over my comments. Lily is a delightful young lady. Experience is learning.
I let them know I was getting married while there. I only had my four grown kids, one of which performed the ceremony, and my grown step son. We are overall very quiet people. We had just the seven of us on the porch around 6pm for about 30 minutes and was asked to keep it down and to be quiet several times. I was very embarrassed by this as we were just trying to have a very calm ceremony. I wished that this memory was a bit nicer as the hour, the noise, and the amount of time was very much so within reason. We left for a dinner together after 30 minutes.

Hotel is in city centre, facing the water with a beautiful view. Room was very clean. the hotel provided dental kit, shaving kit, make up vipes, shower gel and body milk.
staff was very friendly and the helper guy was very helpful in shifting our luggages. Breakfast was rich and view with Brekky was top notch
jacuzzi water was not upto the expected temperature ( 28 degree) May be because of drizzle. so we were not able to enjoy the jacuzzi at its fullest

Sofia. She is an amazing host. All requests from us was fulfilled. We were traveling with our 7 year old and she took the hospitality to the next level by offering her peronal number to reach out to her if we get lost while wandering in the villages. Last but not the least, Breakfast served in the hot tub was just mindblowing. Thank you sofia and caldera cliff illusions for making our stay memorable.
