Stayed for one week with our family (four adults and two children). A spacious apartment, which is modern and very well presented. Well provided for with tea, coffee, biscuits, dish washer tablets, washing up liquid, hand soap etc. Also a box of fudge, local information and a voucher for the fish and chip shop downstairs, which is highly recommended. We had an issue with the hot water and Bobby had it sorted immediately. Lovely drive to Lynmouth across the moor. Recommend walking the circular route from Lynmouth to the Valley of the Rocks. Fantastic views. Also had days on the beach at Woolacombe and Saunton Sands, hiring surf boards and paddle boards. Good idea to book eating places at busy periods. Parking is no issue at all. Plenty of free parking further down Bampton Street without being outside peoples houses. Would highly recommend the Lofthouse. Plenty of places to visit, lovely walks and pubs in the area. Easy booking experience with bookingbrain and efficient communication sent in good time. Simpson Family

Pros: Incredible location, cleanliness, facilities, etc. Gorgeous property. Maybe the best I’ve ever stayed in, ever - Including my own house! Just a couple small issues: •No on-site parking (not mentioned on the website) •The open-air space advertised is not so clean and not really in use (it’s accessible through a small hatch and hard to get through) •Bathroom window was locked and no other ventilation •No bottle opener (although maybe previous users took it?) Overall v happy and I’d still come again, even knowing what I do know now. 9/10
