About this apartment rental
This spacious apartment features two beautiful and well-equipped bedrooms, each with independent quiet AC units, large closets, and mirrors. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for relaxation and socializing. The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV with ROKU/APPS and CableTV, as well as a huge sectional for ultimate comfort. Our clean wine bar, complete with wine glasses and a wine chiller "see-through" fridge, provides a perfect setting for enjoying a glass of wine.
The big kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster, panini toaster, pots, pans, utensils, and other essential items to make your stay more comfortable.
The full bathroom features a shower with hot water and is well-lit with a mirror vanity. We also have an indoor laundry area with a washer/dryer and a counter to help you organize your laundry.

This location is very centric for tours around the island but unfortunately the exact location of the property is not walking distance to anything. The amenities and outdoor areas are fixed to provide a relaxing and quiet stay in a very safe neighborhood. We have a local supermarket and a gas station in the area about 1-2 minutes in car.
We want to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Here’s what we provide:

Our rental relies on public utilities for electricity and water services from AEE/LUMA and AAA. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 5 guests. If your group is larger than 5 guests, there will be an extra fee per guest per night.
For security reasons, there is a 24/7 security camera located outside the front area of the apartment. This camera has motion detection and sound monitoring to prevent loud noises that may disturb our neighbors. It is strictly prohibited to tamper with this device.
Please note that this rental is located on the second floor and has stairs both inside and outside the property. While it is a beautiful rental, we kindly ask you to consider this if you have mobility issues.
Pets are not allowed. We schedule routine pest control and clean outdoor areas with bleach for your safety.
We are not responsible for accidents or weather conditions that may impact your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds due to weather conditions beyond our control. We recommend checking the forecast and having a plan B for rainy days.

During our stay in February we had a total
Of 10 people. So luckily, I was able to work with Joseph and book the house and apartment above for the full week we were there.
Very comfortable also with a hot tub and outside terrace with a nice view at night. Neighborhood is super quiet so a great way to decompress.
If you’re traveling with a large group I strongly suggest checking to see if this is available during your stay.

The property was really nice and comfortable. The few little things that needs to be upgraded, I’ll said is the bathroom. The bathroom need new rugs and new towels. The kitchen overall was ok but the kitchen drawers need some deep cleaning because that’s were the kitchen utensils are. Other than that I totally recommend this place. My family and I felt save and the owner and wife were very nice. Thank you.

Renting was no problem but we had a hard time finding the property. We enjoyed it, but it needed to be updated. New linen and new towels . Hot water in shower need to be fix. Spent time adjusting water before taking a shower. Overall good experience.

We stayed in this property for 6 days with two kids. Joseph was responsive whenever we had any questions. The house is clean, has two nice outside sitting areas, checkin and checkout was easy, overall we loved the house.

Experience was great
This apartment was everything we needed! It was nice, clean, and decor was super cute! Beds were comfortable, ACs were on point, and it had everything you needed for your stay. I would definitely stay here again, and I do recommend. Hot tub was definitely a plus! Loved the outside patio, spent most of my time out there. Joseph was such a great host and very helpful! Thanks again for everything.

Joseph and Ada are a dream team! Friendly , professional and Responsive , very helpful with getting guest settled with the place , especially the first day.The space is as advertised and looks better in person!
If I could make some suggestions concerning sanitation is letting guest know that their jacuzzi is sanitized . I think that’s a great feature to highlight. Also to maybe change or remove the paper towels inserted in the toothbrush holders.

If you think the pictures look good, the property is even better. It is located in a great spot close to almost everything you need and places you may want to go. Not only was it clean and smelled good, it came with extras they thought about. At the entrance was the "sanitizing area" supplied with sanitizing spray, wipes and hand gel.. additions: off spray and towels for the jacuzzis (2) that were ready for use upon arrival. In addition to that area was a beautiful lounge area to chillax and take pics. The kitchen was equipped with all you need to cook and clean. The closets had games that definitely entertained us along with flashlights we also used. All the rooms had strong air-conditioning that was immediately turned off because it cooled the entire house fairly quickly. Once they were shut down, we discovered they weren't really needed because the house was as breezy as advertised. Although this house was amazing the weather was not favorable to us. It rained like crazy which put the power out. The host wasted no time in bringing generators to bring "light to the darkness" and see it through until the problem was resolved. Once that was take care of, the "party" continued. Aside from that mishap we still enjoyed the house and had a wonderful time. We will definitely revisit this place and I suggest you do too!

The house was very clean and well taken care of. The pictures do not do this place any justice.
The host was amazing. He was quick to answer any questions that I had, and was real helpful. He also suggested a few places to eat and different place to go, we tried almost everything he suggested. I plan on coming back to PR and I will definitely book this house again.

Great place!
This was a great place and we had a great stay. Joseph is wonderful and helped us along with answering all our questions. The place is huge, very clean and well decorated. The most important parts were that the A/C was strong, the Internet and WiFi was also strong, big TV, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Love the huge outdoor patios and the hot tub. It was well maintain and clean.

Perfect Birthday Getaway
My first stay in San Juan couldn’t have gone any better. Joesph was a great host and made sure everything was perfect for us. He was very attentive to our needs when we reached out to him about any questions we had. The place we stayed at had everything we needed and more, it felt like a home away from home. I have no complaints! I will definitely be coming back and booking again through Joesph.
