Heerlijk verblijf in een mooi appartement met uitstekende ligging

Heel prettig en comfortabel. Perfecte locatie. Fijne service en makkelijk contact. Ruim appartement. Goede faciliteiten.

Handdoeken zijn wat klein Bedden zijn wat smal ( ik denk 140 breed)

Perfect accommodation to relax and get to know Alkmaar and surrounding areas, including Amsterdam!

Location in Alkmaar. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport. Very large space for the whole family. Equipped for family to cook and have meals together. Location is on a Main Street but the apartment itself is quiet. Communication with host/company was efficient and they were always willing to help and gave great suggestions within Alkmaar and helped us to organize a taxi on our last day.

Prachtig appartement op loopafstand van het centrum dat van alle gemakken is voorzien! Aanrader.

Kort voor aankomst hebben we contact gehad met de eigenaresse van het appartement. Ze kwam de sleutels brengen en liet ons alle ruimtes zien in het appartement. Het is ruim genoeg voor 4-6 personen met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt (incl handdoeken en beddengoed) om hier een weekend (of zelfs wel een week) te kunnen vertoeven. Voor de overige twee personen worden (goede) inklapbedden neergezet. Wij hebben deze in de woonkamer neergezet in plaats van in de slaapkamers. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien met alle extra's die je nodig hebt (zeep, handdoeken, schoonmaakmiddelen, vaatwasserblokjes, olie, peper/zout). Je hoeft letterlijk alleen de koelkast te vullen, al stond er in ons geval ook zelfs een flesje wijn klaar. De badkamer heeft een apart toilet, wat fijn is met zo veel mensen. De douche is ruim en fijn in gebruik. Het appartement ligt op 5-10 minuten lopen van alle restaurants en kroegen. Verder ligt het in/nabij een heel grote winkelstraat, dus ook dat op een steenworp afstand. Supermarkten zijn ook dichtbij: een Spar om de hoek, een AH XL op 15 minuten rijden. Parkeren kan op straat tegen (hoge) betaling, maar ook op 20 min wandelen afstand voor €3,- per dag. Deze info stuurt de eigenaresse van te voren, fijne tip. Wil je een insta-waardig appartement voor je weekend weg met vriendinnen? Dan dit zeker doen. Aanrader.

Het appartement ligt aan de straat en kan wat gehorig zijn door passerende voetgangers of auto's. Dit is echter alleen aan de woonkamerzijde, dus tenzij je hier slaapt geen last van. Het appartement heeft vloerverwaring (heel fijn!) maar voor iemand die het raam 's nachts graag open heeft staan misschien even wennen dat dit hier niet kan. Het is 's nachts dan ook erg warm. Dan een laatste puntje, wat meer een voorkeur/verwachting is: er zijn voldoende handdoeken aanwezig, maar alleen medium maat. Ik had hier graag nog een extra handdoek voor mijn haar bij gehad bijvoorbeeld. Of wat reserve handdoeken mocht er een vies worden tijdens het verblijf.

heerlijk appartement midden in de stad

Prachtig nieuw appartement. en binnen een paar stappen sta je midden in het centrum zou zo weer gaan.

konden geen ramen open in slaapkamer en het appartement ligt in een winkelstraat waardoor je niet echt lekker buiten kon zitten. en veel verkeer in de straat door coffeeshop aan de overkant. overigens niet bijzonder hinderlijk.

I was looking for a close and cheap place to stay close to Amsterdam, I found this amazing property about half an hour's drive from Amsterdam, with the possibility of checking in late at night with the help of the smart lock, a beautiful, clean, quiet and spacious apartment awaited us, amazing hosts with a willingness to help at every step, in the morning we discovered the municipality of Alkmaar Amazing and quiet with lots of shops around the apartment, and with parking on the street that was already busy at night but with a parking lot nearby (up to 5 minutes walk).

Everything is superlative, the location is very well located, right in the city center, near many restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, etc.! the apartment is very nicely decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay in Alkmaar! Diwa, the person who manages the location is extraordinary, I congratulate her for her professionalism! when I return to Alkmaar I will definitely choose this location!

Superb

The place was great. I would definitely come again in case I have to visit Alkmaar in the future. The only downside I can think of is that the heating is a bit slow. In our case we arrived in the evening and in the next day the temperature was comfortable. Anyways everything else was just perfect - the kitchen had everything you can think of, the beds were comfortable, the living area was superbly designed, clean and tidy.

Comfortable modern apartment.

Very kind host Diwa welcoming our arrival. Spacious and clean accomodation with fully equipped kitchen facilities and utensils. Modern apartment in the neighbourhood. Enjoyable living space.

It's not so easy to regulate the room temperature manualy through the console, especially with dutch language.

Spacious, well equipped

Large well-furnished space. A welcome bottle of good wine. A few steps from the city center.

Impossibility to open the window. There is a glass door directly onto the sidewalk and back door to the shared backyard. You can make a draft for a while. But you can't leave the door open overnight. We spent two very hot and stuffy nights there.
