Gorgeous hotel, well managed. Staffs are professional, courteous. Rooms are clean, spacious, quiet with absolutely beautiful view of the river. Will stay here again in the future visit of Hangzhou.

Very nice hotel. Huge huge huge room. Very good buffet dinner and breakfast with nice view on the 22nd floor. Recommend for business trips or just a family weekend getaway. Would stay here again if come back to Hangzhou.

Mars Guo and Angle are excellent front desks.They give preferential treatment for our family. There is a nice river view in the room.The room is bigger than another hotel. It is very comfortable. The hotel is a elegant hotel.

Really concerned about smoking at the hotel. It turned out to be no issue. Deluxe room with two queen beds are spacious and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helped to get taxi for us. Overall very positive experience.

We stayed for 4 days and the stay was fantastic. The room was very spacious. In fact the vacant space in the room was the size of the room at the hotel we stayed at Shanghai. Value for money. My Son started getting fever in the night and the hotel organised to send a staff to procure some medicines from outside at around 1am. The hotel is at a very convenient location not very far from various place of interest. I would give the hotel 5 on 5 rating and would definitely stay in this group hotel where ever I travel. Keep up the hospitality always. :)

The hotel itself is extremely modern and the interior design is on point. Our room was spacious and had everything you could possibly want. Its not in the centre of town but it is a nice location by the river. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the concierge even topped up the credit on my phone

Aside from the free upgrade to the Pure Room, the staff were tremendously helpful. We thought we lost a pair of expensive sunglasses on a cab which the hotel staff had called for us. The hotel staff later went out of their way to track down the cab and find the sunglasses.

we booked because my friend is having a wedding here. But 1, the room is quite for a 5star hotel. we got dirty cups, towels and bedsheets.... service is quite bad, we have requested a cup and some cutlery and they didn't come until almost 2 hours which is wayyyy too long. however the room size is very big and the beds are comfortable. however I saw my frds suite which they got from having their wedding here... it's surprisingly small! I would have expected a much bigger and comfortable room than the one that they had....

the staff and service was excellent. i had a hard time adjusting to hangzhou, china. Thanks to the excellent service and friendly staff who made it all better. i would recommend this place as its near hefeng street. the view from the room is spectacular. The room is super clean and very comfortable if your not going outdoors - there are so many movies to watch as well. I could stay in all day. definitely deserve a good review.

This 5-star hotel still needs training, training, training on how supporting staffs should behaviour to their customers: a) should not leave luggage in front of guest room unattended, b) activities floor person should talk to customers in their best manner, c) restaurant staffs should not jump into assumption without verifying customer's payment status, d) housekeeping should honor not to clean room when "do not disturb" signal is on, e) housekeeping should not leave any leftover garbage before letting newly checked in customers to occupy the room ... However, the front lobby concierge person was helpful & cheerful enough to offset all these hiccups experience.
