About this cottage rental
Lily House is a detached cottage in the town of Minehead in Somerset. The cottage sleeps eight people in four bedrooms which are made up of a super king-size double, a king-size double, a twin and a children's bunk room. There is also a bathroom with a separate WC, a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area and a woodburner, a utility, and two sitting rooms with gas flame-effect fires. Outside there is off road parking for one car, bike storage and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Lily House is a fantastic property for a family holiday with easy access to the beach.

Electric range cooker with double oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 1 car. Bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Beach 12 mins walk.

Enjoy a nostalgic steam train journey from the seafront on the West Somerset Railway, or visit Blenheim Gardens, winner of many awards for its beautiful floral displays.
