un desastre total

Mis amigos y yo teníamos habitaciones superiores con cama extragrande. El espacio de las habitaciones está bien repartido y son grandes, suficiente para una familia de 3 pax. La ubicación está cerca del aeropuerto, no obstante en nuestra estancia de diciembre 2024 nos pilló con obras cerca y la carretera era un caos. Los trabajadores eran muy amables y serviciales.

- El desayuno de un hotel de 2 estrellas es mas variable que el desayuno de este hotel que supuestamente tiene 5 estrellas. La verdad este hotel no está enfocado a turistas europeos y me atrevería a decir, ni al publico internacional. La verdad, es que el hotel está enfocado a Indios (sin ofender a nadie). El desayuno es básicamente comida que comen ellos, potajes raros, arroz con mucho condimento etc. Era súper básico y no es un desayuno internacional como conocemos. Está enfocado a ellos. Él único embutido que tenían por las mañanas era solo 3 clases diferentes, y encima uno de ellos con jalapeños. Los quesos, lo mismo, Solo 3 tipos de lonchas de queso presentadas a un nivel muy muy pobre. Los zumos parecían los que te deban de pequeños en un sobre que los mezclabas con agua y listo. Pedías huevos a la plancha y te los daban huevos inundados en pimienta sin haberlo pedido.... - Música alta durante la noche: Nuestras habitaciones que estaban en la 4º planta enfocadas al Burj Khalifa, no se podía dormir durante la noche pues traspasaba el ruido del cristal de la discoteca que había 4 plantas por encima. Nos quejamos varias veces en la recepción, pero al parecer era mas importante servir música alta a 5 gatos que había en la azotea que no a los clientes que querían descansar en las habitaciones. - La limpieza de las habitaciones era un desastre total . No existe una gobernanta que controle los trabajos de limpieza. Es verdad que cada día nos cambiaban las sábanas, pero no limpiaban a profundidad. Nada. No limpiaban los baños, ni la bañera, ni el WC: Nada! Como máximo limpiaban 15 minutos cada habitación y para ellos era suficiente. Las aspiradoras que utilizaban nunca se han limpiado los filtros. Salia un fuerte olor a polvo. Los armarios y cajones con manchas o polvo de meses anteriores. - La Silicona de nuestra ducha, estaba completamente negra. No se sabia si era hongo o suciedad, pero demostraba el pobre mantenimiento que tenian.

Le personnel sympa et disponible La surface Le room service La vue sur Burj Khalifa

Un peu loin du centre (comptez 25-30 mn en taxi) Pas assez de diversité dans les repas (on était en demi-pension) Les autres touristes qui ne disaient pas bonjour quand on les saluer (mais ça l'hotel n'y pouvez rien 😃)

Cost Effective, Location, Nice reception

The AC did not work initially, there was some bad smell in the shower in the beginning - which a 5 star hotel shouldn’t have. The roof of the shower is all bubbly, signs of bad maintenance. The pillows could be better.

Good money, but you will not get 5* experience

The hotel has a good location (near the airport). I got a free upgrade to the suite room, for which I am thankful. Even the late check-out wasn't a problem at all. They opened the Indian restaurant only for me, even though it was Ramadan. Thank you for that. The price was good, but I will not come back again.

This hotel wasn't of 5-star category compared to other Dubai hotels. The furniture is a bit old and needs to be refreshed. During breakfast, there were missing plates and glasses. Both days, we got plastic caps(?). The staff in the pool area were not polite at all. They do not provide 5-star service. This hotel is not really for Europe tourists. There where lot of Indian and Pakistani tourists.

I would like my 500 AED returned to me.

The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice also.

I was never given my deposit money back. I gave 500 AED. It was never returned to me.

Too expensive

I liked the swimming pool but there weren’t enough sun chairs, the nice Mustafa’ who works there was really great tough. The people at breakfast time is amazing and very very kind.

The check out was not very nice, the reception staff wasn’t good as last year when I was there. The rooms will need a renovation pretty soon but the bathrooms offer a bathtub and a shower at the same time. The reception wasn’t kids friendly as last year as well.

I'd say it is between 3-4 star hotel rather 5.

The room is spacious and the staffs are so nice. The breakfast was pretty indian based food but generally okay.

The room ventilation is pretty bad and the water drain is not good. The hotel has a spa but you need to pay to use it.

At night there was a music noise coming from the basement around 2-3 Am.

Nice

Helpful staff Debasish from reception is so much helpful and tried his best to satisfy me. Also housekeeping team on the 4th floor was helpful. The Hotel in a quiet area, but it starts to be loud when music from clubs starts.

There are 2 restaurants, one on the roof and a Turkish one down stairs. The problem is that not everyone wants to sit upstairs in side and the outside is just to much humidity. We dont all eat Turkish. There needs to be some sort of western food as a suggestion. Just a suggestion.

A score of 7.5 is a bit of an understatement - rather very good would be appropriate!

The hotel staff was very accommodating and all questions and requests were quickly resolved. The hotel inside is beautiful, everything is available on site for a wonderful vacation - spa, beauty salon, souvenir shop, lounge, night club and gym. It is worth mentioning that the bed was very comfortable and a good sleep was guaranteed. Bonus - grocery store and shopping streets within walking distance. The breakfast is rich, the menu of the buffet restaurant changes - something new every day. I dare to recommend and will gladly visit You again! Best wishes from Estonia.

check-in was awful, we spent around 1 hour waiting due to system issue (there are no manual process). Also, the facilities in the room and in the hotel is normal (this is not 5 star hotel, it is deserved 3 star only). Moreover, the location area is not good

I would 100% stay here again!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, it exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt incredibly relaxing. The breakfast had a really good choice for everyone. The pool was lovely and plenty of space. Great value for money. I couldn’t recommend staying here more!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good it value. The location is 20 min drive from Dubai Trade Centre. The staff were verly helpful and nice spically Dabavish and Jeran smooth our check in process and were very cooporative!
