Was great will stay again

Checkin was fast and they were very friendly. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We had dinner at the restaurant and bar, drinks were wonderful and the food was great as well. Very attentive staff!

The fact that shuttle only runs on the hr and should be called should be on website

Great stay , I wish I knew about the hotel shuttle ….not from here & had a sketchy experience at the airport.

We were supposed to have free breakfast and parking. I didn't receive vouchers for the meal and had to pay 20.00 for parking.

We are unhappy with this hotel. We checked in around 4:30 PM on 4/26 and when we walked into the room it was a mess. Nothing was cleaned, the bed was unmade etc. We went back to the front desk and they apologized and gave us a new room. We accepted the room and went out for the evening. We did not get back to our new room until about 9 PM. We set the AC at 70º and it was awful. It sounded like a running lawn mower every 30 minutes. At approx. 12:20 AM we were abruptly woken up by someone knocking on our door. I told the person they had the wrong room and they went away. Five minutes later the front desk called us asking if we ordered food. Really? I can't believe they did this. I told the guy who knocked on our door they had the wrong room. Why would the front desk think they should disturb us again by calling so late in the evening. I'm in disbelief! We were sleeping. This is a bad stay for us. We spent almost $300 for one's night's stay before our vacation and we're starting it off exhausted because we got very little rest.

Food room and atmosphere great, paying to park car and $20 for breakfast not so great seriously $250 for a room and still gotta pay for something that 95% of hotels give for free ???!

Good recently built hotel conveniently located doe the airport and the cruise ship terminal. First room a/c did not work properly and we were moved to a different room. Beds are comfortable but are too high specially foe elderly travelers. Management noted that many people complained about this.

They were very helpful with the coming off the cruise crowd. And rooms were ready earlier than we expected so we could settle in and relax for the trip home the following day.

Convenient location

This was a wonderful hotel the staff were very helpful and the room was one of the best rooms I have yet to stay in. Although setting up the wake up call was a little different and confusing at first I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know that would be visiting the area. The added benefit of a parking garage attached to the hotel was a very pleasant surprise as well. The room also had a very nice work desk for use and a small couch with an coffee table that was very comfortable to use. The bed was very cozy and I believe they had weighted sheets/blankets which on my very busy business trip made relaxing in the room far easier. the staff were extremely helpful with the check-in and out process and with the slight error on my part for reserving the room for a second night. I didn't get to try the restaurant or the pool but from my passing it looked very well kept.

A nice hotel, but the bill is almost twice as much as quoted

Was told we could request early check in for a fee showed up and was told Ridley by lady that I was never told that in which I was. We were 1st on the list for early check but they stood firm on making us wait until 2 pm. There were a ton of people sitting in hallways and sleeping at pools because they would not allow anyone to check in. There were a ton of people who checked out.

From the gate lady, to check in to shuttle in the morning - the staff was so helpful, friendly and kind! The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating for an early check in. Shuttle bus to the airport was awesome as was Catalina. Great experience.

We arrived a little early, but we could use the hotel amenities, the pool was very inviting. There’s a beautiful seating area, smoking, and non-. As well as the hotel has a restaurant. We ordered nachos and a chicken quesadilla and they were phenomenal!

After a long day of travel, we arrived to check in, only to find they cancelled oir reservation. They said they called once, when i was in the air flying and since i didnt answer they cancelled. So at midnight we were forced to find a different hotel. Super not impressed

Arrived in minutes. Friendly and clean. easy to find pickup spot.

The only cons were no safes in the room and the bed was very high. I’m a short woman and I had a difficult time getting into the bed

Difficult time in getting someone to respond when we called from the airport to request a shuttle. Took at least 3 calls to get thru. Shuttle driver was excellent, great attitude, and friendly. Check in was fine, service at the lobby was friendly and efficient.

Hotel was very clean. Friendly, professional desk personnel. Pool was clean with nice sitting area. Restaurant was affordable and tasty. Only complaint is the cost of the room was over $350 after taxes. The price is not equal to the quality of the premises.

Other than the restaurant (terrible food and okay service), everything else was great.

Amazing service all around, grom the shuttle driver to the bartender to the buffwt servers to the check in desk...everyone was a rock star !! Thanks and will return

Great hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet that is full service. They also gave us two free coupons for glasses of wine in the bar. I highly recommend the Crown Plaza for anyone going on a cruise out of Fort Lauderdale.
