Гарний готель не у центрі міста / A good hotel is not in the city center

Готель розташований не у центрі міста, проте транспортна розв'язка дуже гарна. Легко дістатись до центру. На трамваї 20 хвилин, проте недалеко електричка, метро, автобуси. Навколо багато магазинів, кафе. Сніданок за додаткову платню, не користувались. Wi-Fi - гарний та безкоштовний. У ванній є рідке мило, фен, рушники. У номері є телевізор. У готелі є ліфт, рецепція працює 24/7. Зупиняюсь у готелі вдруге./The hotel is not located in the city center; however, the transportation connections are very good. It's easy to get to the center. It takes about 20 minutes by tram, but there's also a train, subway, and buses nearby. There are many shops and cafes around. Breakfast is available for an additional fee, but we didn't use it. The Wi-Fi is good and free. The bathroom has liquid soap, a hairdryer, and towels. There's a television in the room. The hotel has an elevator, and the reception is open 24/7. This is my second stay at the hotel.

Sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimi oldu.

Konumu iyiydi. Sbahn hattına yürüme 15 dk mesafede, Tramvay hattı otelin önünden geçiyor. Temiz bir oteldi. Beklentilerimi karşıladı diyebilirim.

Beğenmediğim bir yanı yoktu.

Die milchig-durchsichtige Tür zum Badezimmer und dass man die Tür nicht verschließen konnte. Die Lüftung ging nicht, daher wurde es schnell warm/ stickig im Raum.

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal und soliden Zimmern

Die Zimmer und das Frühstück sind im Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich gut. Die Zimmer/Badezimmer sind nicht wirklich groß, aber ausreichend und sauber. Das Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, aber ist nicht übermäßig besonders. Aber alles ist sehr lecker und es fehlt eigentlich an nichts. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich fand es gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass das Bett nur eine einzelne Decke für zwei Personen hatte. Da ich mit einer Freundin und nicht mit meinem Partner gereist bin, hätte ich gerne eine zweite Decke gehabt. Zudem wurden beim Putzen unsere Pfandflaschen aus unserem Zimmer entfernt, obwohl wir diese eigentlich noch im Kaufland nebenan wieder abgeben wollten.

Alles in Ordnung!

Wir wurden überaus freundlich empfangen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zwar einfach, aber sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett ist vielleicht etwas schmal, aber für zwei Nächte absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage ist aufgrund der relativ kurzen Wege zu S- und U-Bahn, Tram und Bus wirklich gut.

Very good.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Very nice selection of drinks and food at the restaurant downstairs. The room was clean and cozy. 2-5 min walk from stores, and supermarket. Spacious and clean, with everything you need. Nice big apartment, quiet, comfortable bed. Room was very quiet - no noise from outside, excellent breakfast.

Nothing to complain. All was fine.

Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, nice option for sleep&go. Big and comfortable bed.

Pillow was terrible: got the neck pain in the morning.

Good Location

Comfortable bed, clean facilities, great location, tasty cafe and restaurant close by. Easy to get to city centre and HBF by tram #21.

Most staff we encountered didn’t seem like they want to help. On day 3 we were locked out of our room due to lock technical issues. The ladies at the desk were visibly and audibly frustrated when I went down to tell them as if I was stupid and didn’t know how to use the key card. One lady tried to show me how to unlock the door and realised I was correct that it was the door lock not the card. She left us standing in the corridor for 30 minutes until she came back with batteries. Would’ve been nice to have an apology and an offer for free coke/coffee/beer at the bar while we waited for it to be fixed.

The bathroom smelled constantly because of their infrastucture (Even in the brand new room when we entered)

Noisy room

The room is close to the highway. Could not even sleep when the window was open with those traffic noise at mid-night. The air-con was seem to be not functioning, so you were forced to tolerate the noise from the window.

Good clean and Functional hotel but don’t expect too much

Convenient location between 2 tram stops. Close to Munich East station (ostbahnhof). Nice and helpful staff. Underground Parking available at 14 euro per day.

Beds are not comfortable for 2 people. Kind of sink in the middle. Its a functional hotel.
