This converted barn, located on the scenic outskirts of Great Tew, now presents a cosy cottage space that encompasses laid-back living and a slow pace of life – making it the perfect escape for those looking to kick back and relax in peace. Admire the stunning natural scenery that surrounds the property – with greenery in every direction you look. During the warmer months, you'll be able to sit outside to take it all in from the outdoor seating and alfresco dining area. The communal amenities include two barbecues and access to sports equipment such as boules, a sports court, basketball hoops and football goals. Find a snuggly spot inside to enjoy a cup of tea after a long country walk – the home's expansive windows invite in floods of natural daylight, creating a serene ambience. Meanwhile, underfloor heating across the entire ground floor will keep your toes toasty when it's chilly outside. When you're ready to head out and explore, Great Tew offers a quintessential English countryside setting boasting a country pub, The Falkland Arms and plenty of picturesque footpaths around the local area. Home truths: *Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car – there’s ample free parking in the communal car park *There are four communal EV charging points *Your host can provide two high chairs for free on request, however, travel cots are not provided, so you'll need to bring these with you *Miniature White Company toiletries are provided in each bathroom *Infants don't count towards the guest count, however, due to space restrictions, the occupancy figure can only be exceeded by two additional infants *This home is spread over two floors, with no lift *Each barn has its own private patio, plus access to the communal garden – please be courteous towards the neighbouring properties
