El destino nos lleva a estar como en casa

Es un lugar único, donde te hacen sentir en casa, sus instalaciones muy acogedoras, en excelente estado y limpieza, adicional su atención personalizada hacen que la experiencia agradable y tranquila. Y lo que hace más especial el lugar es la atención de las personas que allí se encuentran, en especial Rafael. Muchas gracias!!!

Nice Hotel and comfort stay with hospitality staffs.

The staffs are very hospitality. A traditional style Hotel with big Lobby and game room as well as gym. Hotel is in a peace and quiet place.

Comfortable and convenient!

Great location--one block off the main drag--super friendly staff, really clean rooms. They have the best/fastest wifi I've found on my trip thus far, which was great as I'm working while I travel. The provided breakfast is delicious and the whole atmosphere of the hotel is super cute!

Unforgettable

The whole property has an amazing cozy atmoshphere. All employes are awesomely kind and polite, the breakfast is very nice, they have a beautiful garden that can be appreciated from the room’s windows and while you have the breakfast as well. Super clean and very well maintained. Looking forward for the next time!

The hotel’s location, the staff, and the daily breakfast were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in El Calafate!

We loved the Patagonia Queen! The staff was both friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great -- about half a block off of main street, so not too loud, but close enough to walk to everything. And a nice, unique property with its wood floors and cozy bar and breakfast areas.

Definitely should be more than a 3 star!

The staff were excellent especially Raphael who couldn't do enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is beautiful lots of lovely wood. It has a games room and small gym. Breakfast very good with plenty of fruit which we found rare in other places we stayed.

absolutely everything! this is a lovely boutique style hotel, full of beautiful, wood and stone, and absolutely wonderful customer service. The location is great, very close to everything and yet in a quiet spot.

excellent service, beautiful hotel

The owner is very friendly and him and his staff go above and beyond to make their guests happy. For our lactose intolerance for example they arranged a replacement for every single item at the breakfast buffet that had lactose in it. Moreover, the room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the communal spaces in the hotel as well.

Excellent stay

Very cosy and clean hotel. Felt like staying at a friend’s home. All the staffs are efficient and friendly. Location is perfect especially if you don’t have a car. We will definitely come back when we visit again.

Fantastic hotel - clean and updated, great location, and excellent service!

This hotel was fantastic! Pablo was so accommodating, the whole place is spotless and has so many great touches (heated floors in the bathroom and lock pads on all the doors so you don't need a key!), breakfast was fantastic, and location was perfect (just off the main drag so it's close to everything but quiet at night... and next to an amazing bakery!). Can't recommend enough!

Clean, quiet and conveniently located hotel run by highly accommodating staff.

The room was very clean and quiet. The floors in the bathroom were heated which was a lovely surprise. We chose to stay here based on great reviews and because it was on the list of pick-up locations for our tour. It’s also walking distance to the main road with lots of shopping and food options. However, what really sets it apart is the staff. Every step of the way they were overly accommodating. From storing our luggage, to providing us with recommendations and even helping us order a pizza for delivery after a long day hiking, they made our stay very comfortable.

The room got warm and was difficult to cool down. Other than that our stay was enjoyable.
