Spanning over three levels, the in-house lift conveniently connects all three floors. As you enter through the glass doors to the top floor be welcomed by the spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This area offers the perfect space to host the entire family. With expansive floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the home and doors opening out onto the terraces expect magnificent views from every seat in the house. Take a moment to relax in the swivel chairs and watch the weather patterns move across Lake Wakatipu. The snug located just off the lounge offers a great nook for the family to wind down after a busy day. With easy access to the outdoor living, light the outdoor fire and gather around or catch up in the outdoor hot tub to regal the stories of the day.
The master bedroom, also situated on this level, is the epitome of luxury with a super king-sized bed, spacious ensuite with bath, walk in robe and views that make waking up here an unforgettable experience. Three further bedrooms are located on the second floor – all featuring king splits. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom whilst the remaining two share a bathroom suite. All bedroom suites offer the latest in interior furnishings, ample wardrobe spaces and direct access onto the wrap around balcony.
Sip your morning coffee from your plush bed or take in a breath of fresh mountain air from your private balcony – the perfect way to start every day. With breath taking views the theme of every room in this home, deciding where to relax can be a difficult decision!
From the second floor take the stairs or lift to the ground floor where you will find tucked away with its own private entrance, a one-bedroom unit. Complete with king size bed, kitchenette, living area, laundry facilities and bathroom. This is the perfect spot for grandparents or teenagers who may need that little bit of extra space or privacy.
With the ability to sleep 10 people comfortably and ample car-parking options Ti Tihi really is a fabulous home to gather friends and family. When you feel ready to leave Ti Tihi, the Queenstown Walking track is on your doorstep. Leave the car behind and turn left to make your way to the sights and sounds of downtown. Or pop on your gym shoes and turn right to explore the ‘basket of dreams’ and beyond on the Queenstown hill track where arguably the views get even more expansive.
Quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
