Very pleased, I will definitely stay there again when I return to Albany, NY

Location

They should have kept turkey sausage on the complimentary breakfast, not everyone likes to eat pork. They should offer discounts to AARP members and military discounts for those of us who served.

Fijne ruime kamer, mooi ingericht, comfortabel, Badkamer gewoon Top. Parkeerplek onder brug voor $8,- per dag. Op loopafstand het gezellige centrum met terrasjes en bezienswaardigheid. We werden er blij van

Exceptional service

The staff was kind and provided exceptional service. From a complimentary upgrade to an after dinner glass of wine on the house, they went out of their way to make our anniversary stay special.

The location was perfect for the Sweet 16. It was very quiet as well.

It's not a good day to day selection of food for breakfast. There is no good direction or signs to check-in. Front desk should be crossed trained for bar. Michael was not being helped. Poor planning for such an important weekend.

Tout est parfait, accueil, confort et propreté.

Les chambres étaient parfaites, et le personnel hyper accueillant. Lors de votre séjour allez dire bonjour à Sammy au bar il est absolument adorable et prévenant il a fait une différence et il a mis un beau soleil lors de cette journée glaciale. Je le salue. You are my best friend in Albany Sammy 🫶

New hotel..large room with sitting area...friendly staff. Nice breakfast, and close to highway. Convenient for continuing our road-trip to central Vermont..would stay again

The parking should be more transparent on website. There were other complaints

Neues Hotel für die Zwischenübernachtung in Albany

Neues, modernes Hotel in Albany DT - Fussläufig alles erreichbar - sehr sauber

Lage an der Autobahn, diese ist aber in den Zimmern zur Stadt nicht zu hören - unbedingt in den Seitenstrassen parken. hier umsonst overnight -ansonsten teuer

Avoid, bad service and quality for this price

The only good thing was that the room was huge, and that it wasn't far from the city centre

- Terrible and poor breakfast, it didn't even have bread. It only had scrambled eggs, sausages and mexican tortillas, and some fruit salad. Not what I expected for the price. - Ugly views looking to a highway. - Bad location, between two car parks, with uncomfortable access. - Bad management: they didn't even reply to messages on Booking when I asked for changes on the reservation. I understand that they may not want to make them, but they should've had the decency to reply to any of the messages I sent. - Lots of confusions. E.g. I asked if I could take some food from the breakfast as I was going to leave.early the following day and miss the next day's breakfast, and they told me that I would get a tray with everything ready. However when I went to the buffet the following day I was told that it was completely false and I have been misinformed. I have been to other Hyatt's and the experience has been quite different, so it may be due to poor management on this one

Was not clear on what to do if an employee was not on garage level to tell you how to get to the check-in floor.

Great new hotel with sleek and comfortable rooms and layout

Water not hot enough for shower and I didn’t like the Delta shower head (only one flow of water) and difficult to move

A great and new hotel, with friendly staff, in a so-so area.

Feels like a brand new hotel, that has all the amenities of a hotel in 2023. The little detail is there is a light citrus smell in the room.

The neighborhood around is not great (but no security issues for us to report), but it was perfect for us who arrived at midnight and left at 9 AM.

The Facilities and staff at Hyatt Place Albany made me feel like I was at home!

Traveling the Empire State Trail by bicycle from Buffalo to Albany, I was so thankful to stay at this wonderful hotel! The room was immaculately clean and very spacious. There was plenty of room for my bike. The staff went out of their way to make sure that all my needs were taken care of during my stay. Thank you!

I loved the property! Its close proximity to the Empire Sate Trail could mean many cyclists will stay at Hyatt Place, so a place to store bikes could be an idea.
