Uncomfortable dirty and extremely disappointing

The Location .

It was extremely dirty my room seem to not be cleaned with food dirt and hair all over the floor broken light smelled like mildew tub was clogged when you flushed the toilet water shot out the back of the toilet and hit the wall ! No trash bags in trash cans outlets covers falling off the wall . Our door was not opening for a good 4 mins beds definitely was not changed . No soap in the bathroom . I’ve been trying to contact managers there to get this resolved and I have yet been contacted back . Extremely disappointing! I have multiple health issues including heart disease and I definitely did not need to change rooms and smell extreme mildew dirty smell . This was by far thee most worse place I have ever stayed at the valve was definitely not worth almost 300 dollars a night. I had to change rooms at 12 am in the morning which is when we went to hotel after our event . What was suppose to be a relaxing great experience with my friends because we for sure needed that ended up being our worse nightmare !

Would definitely stay again, location and easy access is great.

Closeness to MVP arena. Location, being able to pick my own room with the Hilton app was amazing, friends also stayed there the same night and we were able to pick rooms right next to each other, and have connecting rooms. Hotel staff was great when the app wasn’t working.

Only complaint was a bar tender that was a little rude.

I couldn’t sleep because the air smells like cigarettes, there was not proper circulation.

There is so much room for improvement in the overall cleaninnes of the place and the quality of air.

Below average but location is great

Close to mvp arena Easy to park

We could hear the people in the next room talking about sensitive political subjects and that is pretty annoying when you’re trying to unwind. For the rate I shouldn’t hear anything from another room.

Good location, but not Hilton worthy.

Near the MVP Arena

Rooms were not very clean. Elevators were slow to get back to our room after the event. 1 elevator at a time for hundreds of people, took over 30m to get back to our room. Also, the hygiene products were empty when we got in the room.

Nice hotel but need to focus on customers more than trying to find rooms for “canceled flights”

The location of the MVP arena.

Check in was very long, staff would have you come up and you stood there for like 15 minutes while they were trying to find rooms for others. Restaurants that were advertised open were closed, no restaurants were open around the hotel.

Just sad and very disappointed. Thankfully we were only staying one night and will most likely never come back or recomm

The only thing about the property that we liked was the location.

Extremely filthy inside the elevators, stairways indoors and outdoors, garage, and the rooms are not well maintained. We stayed in Room 1221 and you had sheer curtains that were torn, worn out furniture, and a door that had too many issues with the key card. The bathroom had the complimentary body wash and conditioners half empty and one of the bottles had fallen off the wall. There was even dust on the tops of the bottles which suggests that they are hardly refilled. Lastly, you have too many homeless people begging out front. I honestly can’t believe this is a Hilton.

Very unpleased with the room!

Location to the MVP Arena.

I didn’t get the room I booked on booking! The room they gave me when I got there was already occupied! Next room was dirty had fecal particles in the toilet floor was dirty counter was dirty.

Disrespected, dirty, rude, woken up in the middle of the night, loud neighbors and overall not a great hotel

I liked only the location. I decided to book this hotel since my fiancé and I are were celebrating an anniversary and going to a comedy show.

There is no stairwell and only 4 elevators for 15 floors of people. The floor we were on had an empty ice machine and no vending. The worst part was a security officer knocking on my door at 12am investigating marijuana — only to wake me up and make me get dressed all to say “my bad, wrong hotel room”. When I asked what was going on, he dismissed me and walked down the hallway only to knock on adjoining rooms on the floor. Further, the room we had was literally adjoined and on both sides were two separate couples/families that you could hear through the walls completely. The white bedding had black eye makeup stained on it and neighbors kept me up all night. For $180 with fees, it’s the worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

Horrible

Location

The room was not clean and I was not happy about being locked out. The night desk clerk "Dee" was nasty. The towels in the pool area are worn and scratchy and the coffee pot is awful. Not to mention the hairs in the tub and on the towel and the very slippery shower and broken vent slats that were filled with dust, the dust under the nightstand and the garbage between the bed and nightstand. Peeling paint in the bathroom. Old carpet. The place needs a complete overhaul.

This hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Albany - convenient and comfortable.

The hotel was wonderful, and I was very comfortable in my room. I appreciated the shuttle from and to the airport.

There was nothing that bothered me.

Best holiday I ever had

Everything was great. Staff were fabulous, kind, cheerful, generous. Room was perfect. Bathroom was fully kitted out for people with access needs. Air conditioning. Good coffee and tea. Very good hair dryer.

I enjoyed the hotel location, buffet was wonderful and free parking for a reasonable price!

I appreciate the free parking in a city location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I enjoyed the comfy pillows and bed.

I was disappointed that there was no hot tub available. The website advertised that there was a hot tub. Also one of the pool ladders was broken and could cut some one.

Overall we were very pleased and will be back again next year. Thank you all so much!!!

Breakfast was very good. Very reasonably priced very good service and food. Pool was AWESOME!!!!! View from our room was AWESOME as well lol.

Just a few minor things no soap in bathroom was too hot in room hard to adjust thermometer. Very little toilet paper no liners for trash cans and bathroom was tiny. Also ladder in pool was broken.

I hope they improve the condition of the room since the location and staff are wonderful!

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were and accommodated my early check-in request. The parking garage was near the main entrance and the lobby was clean.

The condition of my room: - The shower curtain was broken - The tub drain was broken and came apart completely when I tried to open it - The body wash in the shower was empty and never refilled after a day of service - The air filter was completely covered in dust and really needs to be changed - Additional coffee was not fulfilled after a day of service

It was great. Comfortable beds, big room, friendly staff.

Size of the room and comfort. We were on our way home from NYC and the room was huge.

Stop looking

The room was big and clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable. We had a big window. Great location. Staff was efficient.

The window in my room was soo dirty 😩 I couldn't take pictures of the view. If you think of ordering food via Uber or any delivery service, be advised that they are not allowed to go upstair. My food was left in the middle of reception on a table for anyone to take.

If your going to a concert and need a place to stay for one night. Must of got lucky and got an okay room.

It was right down the street from the mvp arena.

Lobby was nice, everything else was definitely outdated.

Not Impressed. Not The Hilton experience I was expecting.

The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable

The entire lobby of the hotel was very run down and dirty - every chair/seat had stains. The tables looked like they needed to be cleaned. I also saw a mouse run across the floor in the area of the elevators.

Very poor

The breakfast was good, but not worth the money.

They couldnt find my reservation through bookings.com and made me wait over an hour before letting me in. They couldnt see that i had already paid for breakfast either. Finally the room/bathroom was not clean! There were bit of hair in the tub and around the basin. I was able to see previous stain and the desk was sticky as well. Also there was a left over bottle of water in the fridge presumably from the previous guest. Overall no thorough cleaning and unhelpful staff

Location and staff

Advertise that there was a Jacuzzi. No jacuzzi. One of the main reasons that we wanted to stay there!Bedding was dirty and stained.

Conveniently located

Beds, bathrooms and living quarters were shabby and low rent. There was a giant stain on the rug. Didn't seem like the hotel manager (s) really put money back in the hotel. It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in, but it's on its way there. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again.
