It was a clean hotel but dog charge was too much

It was clean

Charged too much for a pet … $75 … rip off for a small well trained dog . Booking.com needs to pick up their game too… all they say when you are booking is “ there may be charges”… why can’t they say “it cost 75 dollars for your pet”. Then I would not have booked with them in advance like I did!!! Come on booking.com this is 2024 … you can do better !!!

Will not come back to this location

The size of the room.

Everything was outdated. The pillows were smaller than my toddlers head. The continental breakfast was not good. The machines were broken and there wasn’t many options.

I like the breakfast. But at check in we have to wait for 1 hour, and after we asked for the room. Was other person at check in said to us we are ready . But the Young skinny blonde guy at check in was un profesional and no helpful.

It was close to where we needed to be and easy to get to.

We arrived early and there were very few cars in the parking lot. The person at the desk put us in a room directly over a nightclub/bar where the music did not stop until after 12:30 am. It was literally thumping through the floor. This we did not discover until we got back from a family event and it was just too late to pack up all of our things and move to another room. We also found a dirty sock on the floor from the previous individuals that stayed in the room which makes me question the housekeeping. We found it in the morning when we were leaving.

This centrally located hotel makes a great reunion spot.

We used this hotel for a family gathering spot for those from out of town. The expansive lobby and outdoor patio were perfect for evening gatherings. The doubled breakfast spots were excellent.

The location next to the mall could be a plus or minus depending on your point of view.

Rooms were dated and carpet had bare spots and fridge had rust stains. Pool was closed for all but 1 night of stay.

I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying again on my next trip to Albany.

The location is excellent. It’s opposite the mall so easy to shop and buy lunch and dinner. Very very neat and clean. Rooms are large and updated. Lots of hot water. bed is comfortable.

Not enough hot breakfast options. The breakfast is monotonous .

No Tub plug to take a bath or bathe kids, the big square hole above the shower and how small the bathroom is. Otherwise everything was fine. Rates are ridiculous.
