It was on the way in a good location; near things to do

In comparison with other Residence Inns I did not think the rooms were as comfortable; we needed to use the pull out which I mentioned when we checked in, but had to go to desk at bedtime and ask for sheets.

Great place to stay for one night or longer . Fully equipped studio apartment.

Lovely clean studio apartment within walking distance to the shopping mall . Great free parking in front of the property.

Superb

This is the first time we've stayed at a residence Inn, and we were very happy. The room size and functionality were wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, modern, and clean. The breakfast was nice and the staff was pleasant. We have no complaints at all.

the breakfast wasn’t great. stuff ran out quickly and there wasn’t a great selection.

Doable, but definitely needs work in terms of accommodations.

Bathrooms were decent. Friendly staff.

The smell in the hotel was manageable, but the room needed to be aired out, recarpeted, and needs new paint.

Overall stay was good.

the front desk staff was helpful when I had issues and she went above and beyond to help.

the first room I was given had an overwhelming odor of fried fish. I was moved to a better room but the carpet was dirty.

this was our first stay at a RI that was a little disappointing.

very nice rooms

sidewalks after a snowstorm were NOT cleared, very dangerous. no snow rushes available. Internet for the TV was not functioning.

Great staff but the hotel smells old.

The staff were very nice.

The hallway esp the second floor smells old. The breakfast is so so. Not much option. The sofa bed is old and you can feel the spring already.

Great stay in a clean and spacious room

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, spacious lounge area and bathroom, and well appointed kitchen. The breakfast was nice with a variety of hot and cold options. We didn’t use the pool, whirlpool, fitness room, or grill area but they all looked well maintained.

It’s not possible to walk anywhere (shops, restaurants) directly from the hotel but most things are a short drive away.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Generous rooms. Good parking near the room and pleasant staff. Great value for money.

A little tricky to find. It's located at the end of an obscure cul-de-sac.

poor management, staff is rude especially young African American front desk staff. Breakfast was chaotic, short staffed,

Great Location, Decent rooms

Loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were nice enough. We liked being able to walk to the mall.

None of the staff were very friendly. Also no sheets on the pull out couch, we had to go ask for them.

there were so many children in the room next door. they were leaping about and banging on my wall. I did tell someone. I am still waiting for the hotel response

Very disappointing stay.

The bathrooms were modern and clean. The linens were good quality and the beds very comfortable.

The room main room and kitchen were in bad condition. Frayed carpet, stained couch, worn out appliances and sparse serving and eating equipment, what was available was mismatched and in poor condition. No breakfast was served, Nothing! We were told the night before that because of staffing issues there would be not hot service, but a Grab and Go would be available. There was nothing to grab and go except left over 3 slices of stale bread and 2 croissants from the day before. The General Manager handled our issues professionally, but after we had already paid and left for our next location.

Very good

Nice location. Size of the room. Staff friendliness were all pluses. This place is definitely set up for the multiple day stay type traveler.

Bed was a bit stiff for my liking. Pillows were also a bit firmer than I like. Smell of cigarette when exiting the elevator on the third floor. All things that are no fault of the hotel, just not my personal preferences.

I left the tax exempt form at your front desk and when I received my email it had the taxes included. It took a while to get it straightened out.
