Chambre correcte pour le prix, mais attention on ne sait pas si notre expérience est juste le fruit d’un mauvais hasard

Pour le prix, la chambre était correct , on ne s’attendait pas à du luxe et nous n’en cherchions pas non plus.

La salle de bain était très sale (moisissures partout), la poubelle n’en parlons pas. Quant au bruit,notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais ce n’est pas ce bruit là qui nous a dérangé le plus. Il y avait des chiens enfermés dans un logement à côté de la chambre qui aboyaient constamment, même en pleine nuit. Le personnel n’est pas trop agréable . Nous arrivons pour le Check-in avant l’heure indiquée sur la réservation mais une personne nous montre notre chambre et nous installe. Il nous demande de régler les nuits réservées mais ne compte pas les taxes. Un peu plus tard, une autre personne nous demande de payer les taxes ce qui est normal mais cette personne nous dit qu’il manque 200 rs. La première personne a écrit sur un registre que nous n’avons ni signé, ni vu un montant qui ne correspondait pas au montant versé (-200rs). Ce sont les images de la vidéo surveillance qui nous ont donné raison. Ensuite nous réglons les taxes mais il se garde 2 rs, prétextant que nous avons booké notre chambre avant et qu’ils pouvaient nous facturer 350rs pour cela alors qu’aucune information nous a été donnée et que rien n’est indiqué nulle part. Est-ce une arnaque, bizarre… Sur booking, l’heure du Check -out était indiqué à 12h et lorsque nous avons demandé à l’hôtel directement, on nous a répondu 8h. Vraiment à la tête du client…
