Great location and place to come back to after a long day of trekking through the park and neighboring towns. All the comforts of home.

Lovely cabins in a great setting in close proximity to the national park.

My wife and I selected The Ridge as our base camp for our first visit to Glacier National Park. We stayed in Cabin #4 which is a one bedroom (queen), one bathroom with a loft containing two full size beds. We were extremely comfortable in the cabin! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the bedroom lacked a dresser to store folded clothing. Since there was only two of us we utilized the loft for this purpose. Having a washer/dryer provides the luxury of packing fewer clothes for your stay which was great. They even provide laundry detergent! Neil, Jessica and their young family (including Rosie) were gracious hosts. They answered all of our questions and gave us our privacy as well. Neil designed and built the cabins and the pride he has in this project is evident in the quality of comfort we enjoyed during our four night stay. We cooked all our meals with the exception of one dinner in the well equipped kitchen. We cooked two meals on the grill which is charcoal, not gas, so you will need to provide your own charcoal. We were only a few miles from the west entrance to Glacier NP which was extremely convenient in that you don't waste time traveling to and from the park. You are also only a few miles from a well stocked market in Hungry Horse. The quiet and solitude you experience on the property is just the prescription for decompression from the pressures of work and demands of life in the city. However, you can still stay connected with protected wifi and cellphone service if you choose. All in all we were extremely overwhelmed with the experience we had staying at The Ridge and look forward to our next visit to Glacier and staying at The Ridge!

Neil and Jessica have created a very beautiful property. The cabin was perfect for our family of five. Very cozy to come back to after a day in Glacier National Park. The entire cabin was well appointed and we lacked for nothing. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were comfortable and they even provided detergent for the laundry and dishwasher. The hosts are very kind and available should you need them. The kids loved having Rosie great them every afternoon. Thanks for a fantastic stay!!

The cabin is fairly new and well built. Very nice accommodations. It's very clean. Could have been more understanding and accommodating with the forest fire situation. We loved the cabin mascot, Rosie!

We throughly enjoyed our stay on the Ridge. The cabin was new, a craftsman's delight and immaculate. We did not use the loft area as there were only two of us but there would be plenty of room for six people. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a grocery store near by. We enjoyed grilling out a couple of nights and having breakfast there in the morning. The living area was comfortable although we did not watch TV much while we were there. We loved the wifi and being able to stay connected with family. It was nice having the washer and dryer also.
It is a short distance from Glacier so we explored a different spot each day. Coming back and sitting on the porch watching the deer and listening to the birds sing was so relaxing. We hope to return another time in the future. Jess and Neil were great hosts and met our every need. We especially enjoyed Rosie their dog who visited us each day.

A cozy cabin snuggled in the woods greeted us every day we came “home” from activities in Glacier or a nearby town. Visits from both deer and turkeys were an added bonus. The only additions that would have made this a perfect stay for the 4 of us... was another chair in the living space and a 1/2 bath.

A very nice cabin close the entrance to the West Entrance to Glacier National Park. Very clean and well appointed. Cabin easy to reach off of main highway. A secluded location at the end of private road. Owners very friendly and helpful. Hope to have the chance to stay at this location again.

Close to West glacier.... Quiet after long hikes

Easy checkin and out. Nice quiet cabin in the woods. Enjoyed the BBQ. Good cell phone coverage in the area. Manager was very attentive. Would stay here again

From the moment we arrived, everyone in our family of five marveled at what a fabulous accommodation this is. We were so impressed with all of the thoughtful amenities, excellent quality construction and overall charm. Loved the outdoor rocking chairs and grill, too. This is the perfect spot to stay if you want to be close to Glacier for easy West park access. Thank you, Jess and Neil!

Great cabin in the woods close to Glacier National Park. Clean, quiet, comfortable -- full kitchen, laundry. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Great experience. Cabin is new and clean. Only stayed a couple nights but it was comfortable and located conveniently close to both Glacier National Park and the nearby towns of Colombia Falls and Kalispell. Would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay while visiting the parks. Convenient to all area ‘s . Clean, friendly, ALL GOOD

It is a great cabin. It was close enough for our activities but allowed us to feel the quietness of the area. We sat outside and looked at the stars while recovering from our daily hikes at Glacier. We had 4 adults and it was comfortable. We did mot want to leave and go back to the real world. It was nice to be able to wash all of our clothes from our 2 week trip. I would stay here again and recommend it to all of my friends.
2.5
It is so tranquil and beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations and needs. Great location to get to west glacier. It was truly a memorable experience and a very comfortable home base for our Glacier National Park vacation. You will love it!
2.5
It was very relaxing and peaceful. A couple of mornings I saw deer and turkey walking by the cabin. The inside was very comfortable as well. It was close to West Glacier entrance to the park. I would stay there again!

Loved the cabin and the area around it. Grocery store is really close and there are also plenty of places to eat in close proximity. Cabin had everything that we could possibly need. Owners have a dog that roams the property, she is very friendly and our kids loved playing with her. We definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely cabin with everything you need! Close to the west entrance! So peaceful and quiet.

My family of 5 LOVED our stay at The Ridge. The location is perfect for access to West Glacier and neighboring towns. The property is very clean and all of the amenities were in great condition and well kept. We especially appreciated access to the in-unit washer and dryer, wi-fi and internet TV. The kitchen was well appointed for meal prep although we ate out for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy Glacier National Park and the beauty of the surrounding area.

My husband and I rented Cabin #4 at The Ridge at Glacier, staying 6 nights in the cool and colorful autumn season of mid-September. The cabin was cozy, comfy, clean, and quiet, just what we were looking for. We used it as our home base while exploring majestic Glacier National Park, this trip a celebration of our 41st anniversary. Thank you, Jessica and Neil. You helped to make our Montana mountain experience memorable.

Our family had a great experience at The Ridge at Glacier #4. Jessica was great and very attentive. The cabin was very clean and the perfect size for our family of four. The location couldn't have been better with easy access to the West Glacier entrance, Kalispell and Whitefish. Would highly recommend and hope to return next summer!

Our family recently spent a week at The Ridge and loved it. The cabin was immaculately clean and outfitted with all the amenities we could have asked for - great kitchen, comfy beds, washer and dryer, and wi-fi. Of all the houses I have rented, I have never experienced hosts that have been so generous. They provided dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, shampoo and body wash. The property was well-maintained and super private. There were other cabins, but each was located side-by-side so we never saw anyone else. The owners have a Great Pyrenees dog who is friendly and keeps wildlife away. We spent everyday in Glacier National Park and came back to this amazing cabin in the woods. The owner had helpful suggestions about hikes, restaurants, and shopping. The cabin was simple and perfect and we can't wait to go back!!!

Six of us stayed in Cabin 4. We had plenty of room for all of us! We enjoyed sitting outside during the evenings and the cool air of the morning. So close to Glacier activities you couldn't go wrong. It was so quiet we even seen a deer the one evening. Wanted to stay longer.

Thank you for the hospitality, we loved the cabin. Quiet and new, this is a perfect place to relax. Thanks!

The cabin is close town and Glacier National Park. Very quiet location in the woods.
The owner, Jessica met us when we arrived and gave us the rundown on the closest grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc.
Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin is very close to the West entrance; it is also very convenient because it is just 15 mins to restaurants/groceries in Columbia Falls. Property manager Jack is very informative and helpful for us to navigate local spots, activities, and plan our visit to the park; the dinning area or living room (w/ couches) are designed for ~4 people seating so it is hard to have all 6 of us sit down together by the fireplace in the living room; 2 of 3 beds are full size so it will not fit taller visitors or visitors with the larger size; kitchen is well equipped with 6 people servings and the grill outside the cabin is very convenient for visitors too; overall we highly recommend this place and would love to revisit (with a smaller group tho).
2.5
The cabins were just perfect for us!
2.5
The cabin was exactly what our family of four needed. It is located close to the West Glacier entrance and has amenities nearby for dining, groceries, activities and supplies. Everything at the cabin was as advertised. The cabin itself is new, comfortable and well appointed. Jessica was there to meet us on the first day and made sure we had everything we needed. Their dog Rosie is very sweet and made several visits per day to the cabin to greet us and keep critters away. I highly recommend a stay at The Ridge. The only thing missing was a fire pit but we made due with the grill.
2.5
The perfect place to stay! Great location, new, clean, tastefully decorated & has everything you need! Just right!! Will definitely be back!

The place was very nice and clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The problem I have is with the description in the listing of the cabin. The listing states it sleeps 6, however the loft only contains 2 small beds and there is no way our teenage children would fit in those beds. In addition, the kitchen table only has 4 chairs and there are only 3 places to sit in the "living area". We made it work by buying an buying an air mattress at Walmart and the weather allowed us to eat every meal outside on the picnic table. Also, the listing states a view of the ridge however the view from this cabin is completely obstructed by trees. If this cabin was advertised as a cabin for 4 and not said it had a view of the mountain ridge I would have rated it all 5 stars.

The property was very close to the main gate of Glacier. The beds are super comfortable! Quiet and peaceful. The property manager Nancy was very prompt and good with communication in answering our many questions.

These cabins are just beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring the west side of GNP, really all of it if you want to do a little more driving. Jess is a very wonderful hostess and Rosie their dog really makes you feel welcome and kept a watchful eye on everything and everybody. The layout of cabin #4 with a bedroom on the main level and the 2 queen beds in the loft area worked out great for us and our 2 teenage sons. Jess and Neal have a very special place here in Montana, you will not be disappointed if you chose to stay with them.

This cabin was perfect for us. We were close to Glacier National Park and all the activities we had planned. It was comfortable and met all our needs. Pack light because storage is limited in the downstairs bedroom. We would definitely love to stay here in the future.
2.5
This cabin, which backed up against the woods, was cute and perfect for our needs. It was clean and as advertised. The property manager was helpful.

This was a top notch property! It was so cozy and well stocked. The location was great too. I would highly recommend it!

Two beautiful cabins tucked back in the woods near Glacier National Park made the perfect secluded get-away for our family. Our two sons, their wives, and our 5 grandchildren loved the area, enjoyed sleeping in the loft, and had a great time playing in the woods. The on-site property managers were fantastic!
2.5
Very nice, clean and quiet, we had a really nice stay. Property manager is very prompt in replying to messages and giving information. We would recommend it.

Visited GNP the second week of September and had an amazing stay in Cabin #4! Jessica greeted us upon arrival and gave some excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and grocery shopping. The cabin itself was beautiful, and had everything the four of us (two couples) needed for a comfortable stay! The resident dog, Rosie, was also one of the highlights :) Would highly recommend these cabins to anyone traveling to the GNP area. Convenient to the park entrance, grocery stores, restaurants and area attractions.
