Amazing Sunset! Whether you are a early riser or a night owl, this is the place for you. This brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort has everything you could need and sleeps up to 12 people in comfort. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio to sit and enjoy the water views. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, an under counter "Sonic" ice machine and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal. It has direct access to the shared dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat and fishing poles.

CLEANING
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

This place was great place to stay, great location, great amenities! We really liked the cleanliness of the house! I think maybe if possible a better broom, or vacuum. We really enjoyed it overall! Would love to come back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and so nice! The amenities (e.g. pool and clubhouse) are also great! Everything was clean and ready. Only problem we had was the oven did not work when we initially trying to cook food. Maintenance did go, but it wouldn’t be able to be fixed until after our stay. However, it fortunately worked for a bit, and we were able to cook our food. Nonetheless, this was a great stay!

The unit is right next to the pool which made it very convenient since we had young kids. The kids and adults had fun on the water slides

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aruba Bay is a fun place, especially with kids, the pool/slide area is a lot of fun for them. We stayed in a canal side unit with direct access to the pier and we had a lot of fun fishing. The unit itself was very spacious and had 3 full bathrooms, which was great for our family of 5. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Were were very satisfied with our recent stay. Clean and just as described. The pellet ice maker was a very nice surprise! Seemed a little much that in addition to renting the property we also had to rent one of the boat slips (vs. it just being included with the stay), but no other complaints really. We enjoyed the place and had a great stay.

We had an excellent and relaxing stay at the Fair Winds. The community is quiet and relaxing, with excellent amenities in the Yacht club (fitness center, games, pool with TWO slides) and activities at night for the kids. A personal dock on the back for boats with amazing views of the sunset in the evenings. Close to the beach, walking distance if you're willing to walk 10 - 15 min or so, or a 3 minute drive. Townhouse is well furnished and clean. My kids are already asking when we can go back! We would happily stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach, great amenities and beautiful sunsets . Would like to make several recommendations for the property, update the amenities to include a Keurig, we bought a filter and coffee grounds anticipating a regular coffee maker as listed. Would also find having wine opener, wine glasses, cheese grater and hangers helpful. Thanks again!!

very clean. Have a nugget ice machine is a plus. Fishing on the back pier. Close by swimming pool. And less then 5 min from the whitecap beach. Very good location.

Great stay, loved the decks and husband appreciated slip for boat. Great time fishing, beaches close by, property had many fun things for kids to do like game room, 2 pools, basketball half court, and pickle ball court. House was clean and beautifully decorated, had everything needed for cooking. Husband loved the ice maker machine! Recommend property clean pool more frequently and recommend a table for deck, as would be great to eat out there. Overall an awesome stay, had a wonderful time.

We loved stay here for our summer vacation in Corpus Christi. This is a great place for fishing and family gathering. Property has everything you needed. The view was awesome. We didn't have any issue during our stay. But if you ever have any issue, just text them the message, and they will answer right away. If we ever come back to Corpus Christi, we will definitely book here again.
