There are five bedrooms available to choose from in this over 5,000 square feet home. The first bedroom on the main level is a queen suite with an attached bathroom. The second bedroom on the upper level is also a king suite with a soaking tub, sitting area, and enclosed porch. There are three additional queen bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom, providing ample space for everyone. For added flexibility and convenience, the lower level sleeping area is an apartment space with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.
Step outside onto the expansive entertaining deck with panoramic views, perfect for gatherings or quiet moments of reflection by the fire pit table for a relaxing evening under the stars. Quiet Policy: Mountain Dream is located in a very private, quiet neighborhood with a tight-knit community. It is imperative that guests respect the neighbors and adhere to the quiet policy. Parties, loud noises, and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, an additional fee may be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are very dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130, and there is a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply, not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).
