It was a lot of roaches and the service was really rude when we asked if we could sit inside because it was cold out and we was waiting for our ride to come and get us. The covers are too thin and there was mold on the shower curtain. The door was barely closed all the way. She treated us like others that goes there an we was not like others we just wanted to be warm until our ride got there.

Appears to be forgotten by Wyndham! When I arrived it was obvious that I was in a poorer neighborhood but it didn't bother me. Upon check in, the clerk was behind glass making communication difficult. The phone was endlessly ringing which he ignored to check us in. When entering my room there was a strong smell of cheap air freshener. My bathroom lacked Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, Kleenex and a trash can. There was no do not disturb sign for my door. I called the front desk but no one answered. I was questioning if my sheets were clean as they looked slept on and reeked of air freshener. Sleeping was difficult because of the noisy street. I was woken in the middle of the night by people physically fighting outside my door. The next day I was harassed by a guest with lewd comments and unwanted advances. The next day house keeping entered dropping off soap but didn't make the bed. Due to lack of amenities and questionable safety, myself and traveling buddy checked out a day early. The clerk was unsure if we would be charged for our full stay or not as only the MOD could make that determination. She suggested to ca Monday which I did but no one picked up.

This experience was awful! The room I was placed in had bed bugs. The night attendant was very helpful about getting me moved into another room at 3:30am. However, when I dealt with the property manager the next day, she was rude, unwilling to offer any sort of refund, apology or way to resolve this issue and awful experience.

We stayed in room 201. There were burn holes on the bed, holes in the wall bigger than my hand and no water pressure at all. Barely enough water came out of the sink to brush our teeth. Shower was impossible. There was no counter space in the bathroom either. Overall the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. And there were crackheads all over outside.

Slippery floors, roaches, burn marks in blankets, holes in walls, strong smell of urine. Switched rooms just to find the floors slippery in that one as well. This has to be the worst hotel in Raleigh. They literally have no reason charging so much for a room. Reevaluate your prices. Very

They said they serve breakfast. When my family and I went down for breakfast, all they had was toast, peanut butter, and jelly. The orange juice was bad, coffee was awful. The only thing that was good was the apple juice.

From the first night I couldn’t sleep from the noises outside the smoking cigarette the smoking pot and they talk loud all night so I wasn’t too happy. That’s why I left the hotel.

I didn’t stay On arrival the man at the counter wanted me to pay a surcharge for a non smoking room He then wouldn’t accept my ID He cancelled my booking and then charged my account anyway.
