Su ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, y para ir a la playa tienes que pedir que te lleven en un carro de golf porque no está tan cerca

Terrible location and beach. We left early.

The room was as pictured.

This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. The beach is terrible. It is covered with conch shells and seaweed. The day after we arrived, the restaurant was closed. We had to walk down a dirt road in the pitch dark to eat at the buffet of the all-inclusive resort nearby. The staff was indifferent. We left early.

Excellent room with a wonderful view and great beach

The spacious room and the full kitchen with all of the equipment , we were able to fix some meals during our stay. the view of the room is breathtaking, and very close to the beach, a small walk of 300 meters, but worth it. the room was very clean when we arrived. the food at the restaurant was very good

they could include daily room cleaning, we were informed it could have been cleaned for a fee, I feel this should have been included with the price, this is the only downside, although I would definitely go back again.

Great place to chill out and enjoy some great food. Would visit again.

Food is awesome, each room has multiple air conditioning units, hammocks and a great view. Staff is very helpful. Has three small pools that are cleaned regularly. Peaceful and quiet spot. Overall very nice.

Hotel is understaffed at night and far from big towns and ports. Lightning hits very close during storms and is likely to disrupt WiFi. No room cleaning service.

Excellent resort, exceeded expectations, room was very spacious with amazing views of ocean and lagoon. Private beach was secluded, quiet perfect and secluded. Restaurant and pool area very professional and felt like a 5 star boutique resort. We enjoyed the foosball and ping pong area, highly recommend.

if you are tired of all inclusive resorts this is a good place to connect with your family

amazing staff .very quiet place . a lot of things to see . at max . 1,5 hour drive Chichén itzá , cavas , other pyramids , very few guests during weekdays.

beach is short and with stones . swimming pool nice with excellent service

It looks like they are not keeping up with the maintenance expenses. Looks like it was a big investment, but they are not keeping it as good.

Would stay there again.

Overall quiet, clean and large room with full kitchen and two balconies overlooking the water on both sides. Our friends had a boat at the marina so it was very convenient for us. It’s pretty far from Progresso but not a bad drive. We ate breakfast and one dinner at restaurant and all of it was good.

Nothing really. It didn’t seem like a regular hotel where there is someone around all the time if you needed anything. During the day is fine but overnight I’m not sure if there is someone there.

we loved our stay very much and even booked it longer than originally planned. Definitely recommend this beautiful prope

Loved the apartment with both decks and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. Loved our privacy and restaurant was good value.

Road needs many repairs plus sewer smell in morning but maybe it couldn’t be helped. No elevators to third floor.

Terrible, Worst experience ever!

Honestly, the worst experience ever. I was traveling with kids, At night and my baby girl had temperature, I wanted her to take a bath but the water of the shower was frozen. There was not a single person to call or someone to help. Next day, Maria or Flor (I asked for her name but she didnt want to share it with me so I asked the staff for her name) who was in charge of the hotel was the meanest, the said she wasnt able to help and that not having hot water wasnt her problem. If you want to have a good time in Telchac avoid this hotel. There are other good options around.

The unit was nice and very clean.

1. T.V did not work any if the days we were.here 2. Sliding glass door.to balcony did not lock, which made us feel VERY UNSAFE. they stated they were aware of problem before our.arrival, and still put us in that unit, and were not willing to switch us to another one, even though we were the only party staying there for almost our entire stay. They did not clean unit any of the days we were there, no toilet paper replenished we had to ask for it and we were told we can buy it at the little market they had at the premises. No clean towels, they said they only clean 1 time per stay, we would have to pay for additional cleaning. No dish detergent, kitchen towels or bath mat in unit either. We were never informed beforehand of this details. We went there thinking it operated like a normal hotel. I feel I should.get an adjustment.on the amount paid due to inconveniences with unit and misinformation or lack of information provided.

Good place to visit for a long weekend to relax on the beach or pool area.

View of the marina on backside, nice beach very inviting.

No hot water at night maybe due to construction next door? They need to provide a seadoo rental option for customers. Would be perfect if facilities had a small spa when hotel is completed.
