The room served its purpose. Comfortable beds and pillows. no bed bugs. clean sheets and blankets and working a/c.

I liked that the beds were comfortable. I live that the tv/entertainment stand and the night table both had working USB ports and plug 🔌 ins. The a/c was already going and our room was nice and cool.

The room smelled liked stale smoke and sickening perfume upon our first entrance to the room (1st floor). We always travel with FreBreze air freshener for such an occasion. The closet door would not close and stayed open just enough to make you feel like you were being watched. Creepy. My husband had to prop it closed with a pen and a booklet. What also stands out, is when I needed to shower, there was absolutely no hot water. This was about an hour before check out. I overslept my alarm due to my teething baby. So I had to “spot” wash with ice cold water, not pleasant. But what can you do when you need to wash off yesterday.

Exceptional

Tbh, the breakfast was fire. Honestly the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. I love my sleep and hate being interrupted but I set my alarm every morning to make it in time for breakfast. That's how much I loved it. Front desk and housekeeping was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we're at home. The beds were very comfortable in my room. In addition to the closet, I love that there were 4 big drawers to store our clothes in during our multiple day stay. The room, bedding, restroom, and countertops were very clean. I will definitely stay here when I travel through Pierre again.

Although I don't swim much, I might've felt a bit better after a good swim when I felt restless one night. The pool was closed for deep cleaning.

Probably stay elsewhere next time where the property isn't out of order and things work.

Room was decent

Everything was out of order. Vending machine, laundry, coffee & juice machine. Even the pool and back door by my room. I was surprised my room worked.

Perfect for weary travelers who wanted a non-smoking room and a comfortable bed.

Feather bed was so comfortable. Exercise room was used for storage :(

Everything else.The bed was uncomfortable, the remodel needs to be redone except the breakfast nook, the pool needs a huge overhaul, the price because we chose this hotel because it said it had a pool and we didn't even get to use it,

Good parking for our car& trailer. Quiet at the back of hotel. Good location for us

Won't be staying here again!

Room was dirty. Beds, towels, and furniture were all stained. Toilet was wobbly. Room phone was yellow and covered with thick dust. Floor was not swept very well. Chairs in the room had dirt and food crumbs in the creases. Water for the shower made it feel like I was still covered in soap after rinsing.
