Good, worth the money

Felt like it was in a safe, clean and nice part of the city and the overall situation with cleanliness, no smoke smell and other that actually made it good

It was mediocre

It looked a little shabby. The temperature in the room was very hot and it was cold outside. We turned on the air conditioning, but it kept going off.

Fine.

There was a bed.

Not a very clean room. Subpar breakfast. Splatter on wall decor. Stains on curtains. Not very hot showers. Not full tissues or toilet paper on arrival. Wobbly table. Dusty.

Make sure elevator is working!

That it was in town and we could walk everywhere

That the elevator was broken and you have to go outside to walk up 3 flights of stairs that was really rough for 2 seniors I would have like to have known about it prior to booking.

Don’t come expecting more than you paid for.

The location and price was nice.

The bathroom door would not open all the way due to hitting the toilet. The room was huge to have such a small bathroom. The lobby area was very dated and I couldn’t find staff to assist with the limited continental breakfast.

Terrible room

The location was nice.

The room was dirty, plumbing was bad in the bathroom sink, water took a long time to go down and room was dated with a strange odor. We first were given a handicap room. Representative said we'd have a view of the lake but we had a view of the parking lot instead. I just checked my account to see I was charged 249.87 on July 21st then full amount 412.91 posted July 25th which is accurate. I have no idea why they took out 249.87 but my bank handled it. Never again... do better!!!

Over price, poor quality

Do not stay here. The facility is dated, dark, and dirty all around; there is only one elevator and ice machine for the entire facility (5 floors); the workout room is dismal and rather scary as it’s in the lower level, which you need to take steps and it’s too isolated. Depute the website, this is no where closed to be accessible those using walking devices or wheelchairs.

Poor noise control as the initial room was over the bar, playing loud, live music; moved to a second room, super hot and thermostat non adjustable. I left to go and stay elsewhere. The manager did nothing to assist the gal at the front desk- he just watched her, and she was struggling to keep up. Never once spoke up to what he could do to accommodate.

Breakfast closed pretty early for a weekend, 9am. Went to the Delavan wine walk, cute town did some shopping, eating, drinking. Location was convenient

Ran out of kleenex. My friend almost slipped and fell in the shower. Maybe cleaner used was slippery when wet??

I liked the overall feel of the hotel

Water was brown. Felt dirtier after shower than before. Couldn't brush teeth because wasn't going to put that in my mouth. They didn't do anything to rectify which was upsetting.

Poor

Not much to be honest. I liked that it had a bed.

There was no hot water, it was warm water in the shower even after waiting 15 minutes. The sink handles was on backwards so the hot was cold and the cold was hot. The sink temperature wasn’t even hot either. The bed wasn’t even comfortable, very cheap feeling, and I could feel the springs in them when your lay down. You could also see the renovations in the hotel was rushed or missing.

could not get out of there fast enough.

the location, although not directly in Lake Geneva was a short distance.

the hotel was horrible, smelled musty, dirty, plaster falling, holes, stains on carpet, filthy linen, no water pressure, stained towels and we had no heat in the room it was 47 degrees but he did supply an electric heater. the manager on duty was ignorant and rude. FAR below booking.com standard.

Pleasant. Concerned about where to walk dogs, but there was a park next door that worked

Breakfast was nothing to speak of and coffee was weak...but in all honesty, breakfast played no part in choosing this location

When we checked in there was a problem with the room door. They came up quickly and changed our rooms.

You get what you pay for

Location fine, bed was comfortable

I checked in really late because i had to work. I just wanted to get in my room and sleep. Check in process took forever and the front desk person couldn't locate my booking. The manager, who looked like he was asleep kept blaming my credit card even though my credit card and history has no problems. The bathroom shower was disgusting. Full of dirt and grout. Needs scrubbed. I wound up not using shower.
