Suitable, bright apartment for a ski weekend

Great location for Valdelinares Ski resort. Bright and spacious apartment for 6 people, and there are three bathrooms rather than the two we were expecting. Sara who was in charge of handing over the keys was very nice. Large fridge and well-equipped kitchen.

While the heating worked well for the top floor, the bottom floor never really got warm (18 degrees is a bit chilly for hanging out). The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours talking and the plumbing (toilets and shower). The toilets ran after flushing and were very noisy. Two of the five sinks were clogged. The beds were a bit on the soft side. The directions sent to us were completely incorrect. I had to call Sara and she guided me to the apartment.

This could be a 10 with some extra attention. Still had a great time, we will be back.

Great views, a lot of light in the appartment, easy access through underground parking. Kitchen included washing machine with integrated dryer and dishwasher. Nice reception. The duplex was quite warm overall, which really helped after skiing. Great location, it could not be much closer to the pistes.

There were no bath towels in either bath with just one towel per person, only one garbage bag for 4 days. The kitchen was a little sparse- only huge pots, in general not much crockery so use of the dishwasher was limited. Small issue of coffee machine was leaking spilling all over the place. Although we quickly received a substitute... that one came with a broken handle so wasn't usable. Bedrooms was dark with two broken lightbulbs. Again, it got sorted quickly after mentioning it, but I'd prefer to have it in top condition on the first night.
