Superb

Nice and very polite guests, they provided us with information about the island and places to visit. Excellent location, just 50 metres far from M. Ammos beach. Parking in front of the house but also in the backyard, under the olive trees. Recommend!!!

A wonderful holiday!

We had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was perfect for our family and the hosts very welcoming and helpful. Anything we asked or requested was fulfilled. Very close to beach, town, supermarket, bus. We will definitely come back to this place. Thank you very much Triandafyllos and Daphne!

Exceptional

We stayed at Rhodon House for 2 weeks. It's 2 minutes to a great beach with some tavernas and it's very close to town. We stayed on the lower floor with a lovely view of the sea. The balcony was generous with outdoor furniture. The apartment consisted of 2 floors; On the lower level there was a main bedroom, bathroom, living room in connection with the kitchen with dining area. On the upper level there was a room with 2 single beds. The only thing we can really complain about is that the beds were too hard. We brought it up to the host couple who took it on board and they said they will buy new mattresses for all the beds so future guests will have a more comfortable sleep. :-) Considering the hard beds, the host couple offered us to stay in the upper apartment for the last 2 days of our visit. The apartment on the upper floor is very large with a main bedroom, a slightly smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, (the beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable), living room with a comfortable sofa group, a very large kitchen with everything you need. There was also a bathroom with a bath/shower as well as a washing machine. In connection with the large bedroom, there was a second small restroom with a toilet and a sink. The bedrooms have a balcony facing a noisy road, but they are always in the shade so they are always cool. There is also air conditioning in every room (a very big plus for that :-) The best thing about this apartment is the huge terrace with a fantastic sea view. On the terrace there are sunbeds, outdoor furniture, a large parasol and a hammock. There is also a water hose with cold water if you need to cool off if you don't want to go down to the beach :-) From the apartment you can easily get around the island by car or scooter. There is free parking at the house. It is also close to the bus stop if you want to get around the island by bus. The host couple were incredibly accommodating and nice.

It's hard to find anything to complain about with this accommodation.

The dream holiday

I liked that we were welcomed by the host in order to be handed the keys and that we received advice about the attractions of the island. I liked the fact that at the accommodation we had tourist maps to help us visit as much of the island as possible. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything that was needed to make us feel as if we were at home.

A beautiful accommodation with a beautiful view. We felt homelike!

We had a great experience, it was pleasure to stay here . There was plenty of space at the family Appartement with an amazing view. Perfectly clean., perfectly desinfected . We would always recommend this accommodation. Our host was also very friendly, kind, helpful and courteous.

We were on the top floor. The apartment is very spacious. The kitchen is big, functional and supplied with all the amenities one needs. Large living room and main bedroom, with one smaller bedroom. The closets are big, so there is enough space for you to store your stuff. The bathroom is big and functional. Wather preassure was good and, also, there was always hot wather. There is also one small restroom. The bedrooms are connected with the terrace and face a very noisy road, but they are opposite to the sea and always cool, even on the hottest days. The best feature of this apartment is the enormous terrace with a sea view. There is A/C in every single room in the apartment. The apartment is also very clean. The location is perfect if you like being close to the city but not in the city center. You can park your car right next to the building. From this location, you can easily go to all the beaches on the island. Our hosts were really pleasant and helpful.

The apartment (familiar suite) was perfect, with a fantastic view from its spacious terrace and it is located really close to Skiathos town center. Triandafyllos and his wife made us feel at home and were really helpful.

Lovely comfortable apartment for a family near a nice beach and within walking distance from town.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and bought a brand new coffee machine for us to use. The apartment was clean and cool and the sea view from the porch is beautiful.

The property is on a busy road, but the road noise didn't bother us, as the air conditioning was running all the time and we didn't open the windows in the bedrooms.

Exceptional

Triantafyllos and his wife were extremely kind to us and very helpful - they even had some treats for us on arrival. The flat is spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony is very nice. The location is great as it is a 15-min walk to the port. Bonus point: there was a coffee machine!

Could have been better

It was in a very strategic position, 1 minute walk from the beach and 10 from the city centre. The air con was really powerful.

The WiFi didn't work for 4-5 days, they tried to fix it though and they succeeded. The cleaning lady would always come during our lunch break which was a bit annoying, and she would just sweep the floor and change the bin bags because we were actually there. She never cleaned the bathroom. She did change the towels every now and then and once the sheets. When we first got in the flat it was very dirty, dust was everywhere, there was no broom or sponge or soap for the dishes, we went out and bought them. The lack of privacy due to massive windows which didn't have any blinds or shutters, just light see-through curtains, and we were opposite some hotel rooms.

Good

The location was great! 1,5 minutes walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the city. Many restaurants and super markets nearby. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was newly renovated or built (?) so everything was new and fresh. Spacious and well planned with the loft. Amazing view!

When we arrived they told us that the electricity wasn't working and that we hade to live at another place for one night. When we at last got access to Rhodon house a cleaning lady was there, taking out bed sheets and trash after previous guests. Clearly the place hade been double booked and considering the awful state of the other place we had to spend a night at It's a shame that we didn't get compensated, even though we asked for it. The cleaning lady only sweeped the flor, nothing else was done for the whole week we spent at the house. One Day she took one of our towels, so 4 people hade to share 3 towels for several days. There were no cleaning supplies so we had to buy dish soap, sponge and other items our selves. Lack of cooking supplies as well, only one knife, no cork screw etc.
