Szuper családi szálloda

Szuper helyen van a hotel, bőséges volt a reggeli, ebéd és vacsora. A medence mellett is finom ételeket kínálnak, a bárban többnyire kedves a személyzet. Kisebb gyermekkel utazóknak azt gondolom, jó választás, minden este program a kisgyermekeknek.

A legfelső emeleten estére elég elviselhetetlen volt a meleg, a klíma csak a szobakártyával működik, de mivel egész nap a parton és a strandon voltunk, így a klíma csak reggelre hűtötte le valamelyest a szobát. Az ásványvíz elérhetősége éjszaka problémás, nem mindig kaptunk vizet a szoba takarításánál. Az épületre összességében ráférne egy nagyobb karbantartás, de a tisztasággal nem volt probléma. A medence vize hideg volt, de ezt előzőleg már többször olvastam.

Umístění hotelu, jídlo bylo velmi pestré, vhodné také pro děti. Bary otevřeny v průběhu celého dne, včetně potravin a velkého výběru ovoce. Večerní nekonečná zábava.

A negatívum miatt soga többé be nem testem ide a lábam!

A szolgáltatás, és a személyzet hozzáállása kifogástalan. Az étel/ital választék maximálisan megfelelő!

Az elutazás reggelén egy párnahuzatot kifizettettek (15 leva), mert szerintük a hajfestéket nem lehet kimosni belőle (vicc)! 20 levából nem tudtak visszaadni,se bizonylat, se semmi az összegről! Egy egy hetes, közel 3000 €-s foglalás esetén ezt én megalázónak, és nevetségesnek tartom!

Ne-a placut foarte mult, sigur vom reveni!

Super experienta! Hotelul e amplasat pe faleza, exista plaja privata cu sezlonguri, dar si piscina. Mancare si gustari foarte bune si variate. Au si activitati pentru copii si entertainment team.

Удобството с добрата локация на комплекса/хотела. Изключително впечатлени останахме от обслужването, храната и приятното отношението на персонала при тематичните вечери: италианската и азиатската. Аниматорите са добро попадение за организиране на забавления за малките посетители.

Boravak je bio fantastičan do te mere da ja još uvek pričam svojim sugrađanima da bi trebali da pose

Apsolutno sve od ulaza do osobljai sadržaja bilo je dalaeko više od očekivanog. Sve pohvala i nadam se da se u septembru ako uklopim veremena sa svojim poslovnim obavezama vidimo ponovovo.

Ne postoji ništa zašato bih rekao da nije dobro.

Bon hôtel de plage

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, l’accueil par le voiturier très sympathique, la propreté et la qualité de la nourriture.

Le restaurant est super bondé et très bruyant. Pas de distanciation sociale et on se bat pour trouver une table. C’est vraiment dommage.

Az étterem kínálata maximális, japán, -olasz étterem kiváló, tisztaság remek, strand közelsége kiváló, Bár ellátása kiváló, belső medence kiváló!

A reggel hatkor jelentkezés a napágy jegyért, majd nem értünk vissza a 8 ra a jegyért és oda adták másnak!!! 😡 Nem értem a logikát benne, főleg hogy pihenni megy az ember nem hatkor kel amikor még sötét is van. 😡😡😡

Affordable, cheap I can say, food and variety of food, very nice staff... In fact, everything was deluxe.

YouTube was not available on TV, my child didn't like it. So we didn't use TV at all.

Nice location and fun

Central location. Next to the beach.

Beach is not in the hotel. You need to wake up at 6 am and book seats for the beach. Each room can get 2 seats which doesn’t make any sense for the rooms with 4 people. Sauna was closed. Parking space for cars is limited

Disappointing

The food were good enough and a lot.The service and the staff in the bar/pool was amazing.The location very good.

The staff in the reception was very bad.The parking is about a Km from the hotel and the transportation fron the hotel to the parking and from the parking to the hotel was terrible bad !!! Just one car that can take only 4 people at once ,so sonetimes you have to wait a 30 minutes for the transportstion !!! The water in the shower came out to all the floor of the bathroom.There is no enough soap.The safe box was without battery.The turn to the restaurant was ridicolous, and you have to wait 15-30 minutes to enter the restaurant.

A relaxing holiday

Very good price/quality ratio. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the beach. Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. The rooms are spacious and renovated. No insects, no mould in the room, no outdated furniture or unpleasant smell. Very tasty and diversified food, without any exaggeration. Free parking. We will definitely come back.

The water in the pool was extremely cold, I would have liked it if it had been heated a bit. We had to wait approx 5-10 minutes in the queue to enter the restaurant for dinner.

the only receptionist guy who try his best in order to make people happy and satisfied. all other hotel staff also very kind and helpful

1st, autopark is a big trouble. there is a limited car parking space inside the hotel, and no one knows that who and what they decide which car will park inside the hotel. Maybe value of cars talk or only European plate number cars. 2nd, when I have seen people who are in lobby in long queue every morning for free sunbed and umbrella I am shocked people wait like 45 mins, then hotel says, sorry free entrance cards unfortunately finished for beach. It's really like a joke. I paid Hotel like 1500 eur for 4 nights, and paid every day for beach entrance as well. Foods quality not acceptable Mexican night, foods are not Mexican Turkish night foods are not Turkish I feel so sorry about all people who prefer this hotel for vacation including us.

Everything! Exactly like in the pictures, clean and nice. The food was plenty and good. The room was nice and was cleaned everyday. What I liked the most, was the amiability of the staff. All of them had impeccable comportment. Very friendly, professional and always smiling.

Not having enough sunbeds for all the rooms, moreover, allowing people to get 'tickets' for the sunbeds for multiple rooms by bringing the key cards, instead of needing a person per room to arrive for the ticket.
