4BR/3.5BA Tri-Level single family home located in the Lazy Bear subdivision in Uptown Sedona. Walking distance to the heart of the town where you will find a vibrant hub of art galleries, shops, touring companies and restaurants. This house has been recently remodeled, includes over 6,800 square feet and is meticulously decorated with a southwestern theme featuring local artwork. This home is set up in a way that can accommodate the whole family/group but also feels cozy and comfortable for a couple. Perched on a hill, this lovely home boasts panoramic and magnificent views of the red rocks and mountains from virtually every room. Offering the convenience of the neighborhood, you will still feel a world away from all of the neighbors the way the home is designed on the hill. You will step through the private courtyard to this impressive home. The living room features a red stone hand crafted gas fireplace, soaring wood cathedral ceilings, local rojo red travertine tile, a flat screen TV and the most amazing red rock views. Step out to the patio to enjoy an awe-inspiring views. The kitchen showcases granite counter tops and back splash, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, island, pantry, bay window above the sink with views and wood floors. Adjacent is the breakfast nook to enjoy your meal(s) with the back drop of the red rocks with a built in bar area with granite counter tops and sink. There is also a formal dining area where you are surrounded with views of the red rocks. The master-suite is warm and inviting with flat screen TV, separate sitting area, king size bed, walk-in closet and private patio with remarkable red rock views. The master bathroom highlights new granite counter tops, dual sinks, a wall mounted flat screen TV, toilet and bidet, with walk-in shower. The second master suite features a king bed, seating area and private exit to the patio. The third bedroom features two queen size beds, flat screen TV, seating area and private patio access. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and features two twin size beds. You and your guests will love the theater room with projection size TV, gas fireplace, granite bar and brilliant red rock views. Step out to the patio and enjoy our wonderful sunrises and sunsets. For those who still need to do some work during their stay, we have you covered! The home features a separate office area for privacy with spectacular views! The home also has a game room complete with a pool table, vintage arcade game. We had the good fortune to spend a month in this beautiful home. I arrived by myself for a couple of days, then a girlfriend visited, then my husband and I had the place to ourselves for a while. After that we had other couples and family members join us for a few days .The most we had at one time was six people but it could easily accomodate more. The house is impressive and the location is excellent. It's a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, along with javalina, deer and coyotes. Sedona at its best.

The property is very clean, well maintained and managed. It is beautifully furnished and has amazing views! Wine, chocolate and energy bars were the perfect snacks! The pool table and theatre room were very popular with the entire family. The internet connection was fast and having the office was very handy for work that couldn't be avoided. Highly recommend.

My wife and I love the west, my father was a Prescott resident. This property was paradise for us. We wanted the views and we received those! The home was everything we could have asked for. The local host and Tina were wonderful and communicated well. We look forward to stay here again!

This property exceeded our expectations. Owner very responsive to a minor problem. Location and views couldn’t be beat. Only glad the slot machine in the game room didn’t work or I probably would have played and lost.

The home is amazing, photos don’t do justice. Spacious, clean, inviting, we didn’t want to leave! My husband and I stayed here for 2 months, but had a couple groups of visitors. When my family came there was 9 of us total and it still felt like we all had our own individual spaces and plenty of room. The theater was the unexpected hit of the trip, it was so great watching movies on the huge screen. The kitchen was incredible, we cooked in it every day, it was well stocked and even had a double oven! Highly recommend this property.

House was excellent! Truly stunning views, less than 10 minute walk to Uptown ( Elote Cafe, Cowboy Grill, Pink Jeep tours, shops etc.) which really came in handy with a busy week in Sedona. The bedrooms were very large with 2 ensuite and a 3rd effectively ensuite with a pocket door to the hall . It was the perfect house for our 3 adult couples as we all had separation and privacy. It is well furnished with beautiful artwork pieces. If I was forced to note an "imperfection" (IMO) the very nice kitchen is somewhat separated from the main room. Watching Javelina traipse thru multiple days and a mule deer feeding one afternoon was icing on the cake. Communication was perfectly fine as well. When we return to this beautiful area this will be our first choice hands down. Thanks!

We spent most of September in this house in Sedona. The house and the views are worth the stay! Really amazing views. The house was well set up for my family, we worked and virtual schooled. Bethany, the property manager was wonderful to work with. She checked in to make sure all was going well. We can't say enough about the house. It was perfect and so convenient to everything in Sedona and surrounding areas.

This was our second extended stay at this property and have loved it both times. There is plenty of space for a larger party to spread out and work or relax. The views are great and we enjoy watching movies on the big screen after dinner. Great communication and responsiveness from Bethany, who was managing our stay. Thanks for everything!

The BEST house!

This house was perfect for a family vacation. All of the rooms were so comfortable and the bedrooms are spaced far apart which is a nice layout. The kitchen is well-appointed and a great gathering spot with a fabulous view. Really every room has an outstanding view. Location is great! We would love to stay in this house again.

Luxury defined all aspects of this home in a style conducive to enjoying the unparalleled views and climate of Sedona. The three levels, including two large decks, provided plenty of room for quiet concentration, intimate conversation as well as large get-togethers. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this home.

It was WONDERFUL!!!

WE had a wonderful time in Sedona. The weather was great and the house was fantastic. We loved everything about the house. It had beautiful views and the house was huge with all necessary cooking equipment and fun games to play. We needed another week just to stay home and enjoy it. Besides the beautiful rock views, the yard was serene and so inviting to enjoy. We are so glad we picked this house for the week. We certainly look forward to coming back and enjoying it again. Thank you for opening your home to us.
