This is primarily on the main level of the unit and includes, a new central entry into the unit, newly constructed entry room with ample closet space and area to leave shoes, coats, etc., newly constructed office/internet area, new paint, new flooring. The double twin bedroom setup is now in the downstairs area. There is a new gas stove in the basement/rec. area.

This peaceful retreat is surrounded by lush, green forest with majestic views of Glacier National Park’s snow capped mountains stretching into Canada from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Wake up to a breathtaking view of Glacier National Park from the master bedroom. This tranquil home provides visitors an opportunity to refresh the soul, or relax and play with loved ones . Glacier House is ideally located in the town of West Glacier, MT. This property is within walking distance of West Glacier groceries stores, post office, Canadian Visitor Information Center, a premium rafting company Glacier Raft Co., fine dining at the historic Belton Chalet, and the west entrance to Glacier National Park. Amtrak stops at the Belton Train Station about a 1⁄4 mile walk from Glacier House for those venturing by train. You can walk to the Middle Fork of the Flathead River crossing over the historic Belton Bridge, now a walking bridge, into Glacier National Park. Even with being so close to West Glacier amenities, the Glacier House sits back in a secluded, peaceful neighborhood. You are surrounded by the woods, which keeps it quiet. The property sits high enough that one will have epic views into Glacier National Park from the outside deck or from the rocking chair with your cup of coffee. The Glacier House was more than we could have asked for while spending family time with our grown children. We all had plenty of room to store our things and comfortably be together or spread-out. My son has been to Glacier NP a few times and was very impressed with the location! We loved the views and it feels very private even with a few, quiet neighbors. We would definitely stay at the Glacier House again.

The house has room so that people can have there space or spend time together. With multiple sleeping arrangements on each floor helps to navigate staying with people who have mobility issues. The house was also well stocked for cooking there but also close to multiple eating options.

Our family really loved the stay at this house. It’s very close to the West entrance and it’s also tucked into the woods. We hardly noticed any neighbors.
House is very clean and had a lot of big windows with a nice view of the trees. Also, surprised how roomy the house was. The ping pong table was also a nice addition.
If you like privacy, this is the house for you. No complaints, everything was just as described, even better.

A beautiful home in an excellent location for West Glacier. We had 5 incredible autumn days of hiking and exploring during the quiet shoulder season and loved to return to the home in the evening to cook dinner and relax. Well appointed and clean.

Location is great, just outside the West Glacier entrance. Plenty of space, kitchen stocked well, and we loved the ping pong table. Could have had a few more puzzles, games or books to read at night but still worth the 5 star rating.

Great cabin to use as your base. You're right at the beginning of Going to the Sun Road. Only issue was slow internet. I know nobody comes to Montana for the internet, but my son had some classes he needed to log into and watching a movie would be nice on rainy days.

We had an exceptional experience staying at the Glacier House. It was accurate as described. Location convenient, clean with all needed essentials. Just a minute to the west entrance and easy access to Hwy 2 and the route around the park to Many Glacier and Two Medicine. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again if/when we visit the park again.

Serene and Beautiful Glacier Getaway!
Glacier House, it’s location and the management and/or owners are all wonderful! Words and photos don’t adequately describe how lovley this home is. The view from the main floor is stunning. All communication and inquiries were prompt and helpful. Beds and furnishings are all very comfortable and the home is well appointed for cooking meals. We greatly enjoyed our family vacation in Glacier park and loved the opportunity to rent The Glacier House. We highly recommend this home! You’ll realize you hit the jackpot when you book and arrive at The Glacier House! Thank you Kyle, for helping ensure our visit to Glacier was all it could be and more! We hope to return someday!

Perfect Spot
My wife and our friends could not get enough of this place! So close to the west entrance of the park and lots of little shops and food, yet when you’re in the cabin it feels like you’re miles away from anybody. We had everything we needed inside and it was very clean and cozy! Hosts responded very quickly to questions and were very pleasant and helpful.

Gorgeous Glacier Getaway
My wife, son and I had an absolutely wonderful vacation stay at this beautiful home. The views from main level and the upper level bedroom are breathtaking. We enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen for preparing a hearty breakfast after starting our days sipping coffee and taking in the majesty of the views from the living/dining area. The fire pit was also a family favorite for evening relaxation and roasting marshmallows for s’mores.
All communications were prompt and professional and we had no issues whatsoever with the process.
In short, we highly recommend the Glacier House.

First time in glacier and could not asked for a better place to spend 7 days. The view from the front deck is stunning and you are literally at the entrance of west glacier. House and accommodations were top notch. Would highly recommend this property and hope to rent again in the future. Enjoyed the fire pit after long days on the glacier trails.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, well kept easy to live in for our 8-day stay. We had one tiny/minor issue that was resolved immediately. We would stay there again and probably will.

I could have stayed in this house forever! I loved the design and how it was set up. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking Glacier National. It was perfect! The Glacier Highlands restaurant at the bottom of drive was an added bonus. Would love to visit a gain in the snow! Highly recommend!!!

Eating options locally and 25 minutes away in Columbia Falls vastly superior to east side of park, everything from a nice dinner at the Three Forks Grille to good BBQ and Thai and Korean food trucks at the Thursday night Farmers Market. Also cooked and grilled at the house. Highly recommend.

The home is immaculate with all the necessities included. Ping pong table on the bottom level was a family favorite. Card table and bar height table also bottom level, a great spot to play card games, board games or start a puzzle. The property manager was available for any questions. There is a washer and dryer in the home, can only wash small loads at a time. Highly recommend this home, it was a perfect stay for our family of five.

Glacier NP Heaven!
The home is open, spacious, clean, and bright. I could sit on the back deck and enjoy that view all day. We loved the private and forested location that's just a short walk to the little town of West Glacier with its gift shops, basic grocery, and rafting company. It's just about as close as you can get to the park entrance. There's a train station just across the way and you can hear them from the home, but it was never a problem. There's a little restaurant at the bottom of the driveway that serves great fruit pies if that's your thing. (That became a nightly routine for us.) We also discovered a beautiful walking path that takes you up one side of the river and down the other with amazing views of the water and surrounding forest. The week we visited there was smoke from distant forest fires obscuring views of the mountains and one of our kids got sick so we werent able to do all the things we planned. But, the house was such a great place to just sit and relax that we still had a great vacation. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

It was great being so close to the West Entrance to the park. We hiked in most days. The kitchen was great but we needed more dishes to cook in (pyrex, serving bowls). All in all a wonderful property.

Listing is as pictured and described. Beautiful property in West Glacier. It is really as close as you can get to the West Glacier entrance without staying in the park. Situated in the woods with view of some of the park mountains through the trees. Extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing to be aware of is that there is a surprisingly busy railroad with stop in West Glacier, so some intermittent train noise and horns even occasionally overnight.
