Уютен и централен апартамент

Апартаментът се намира в центъра, близо до всичко. Уютен е, с удобни легла за спане и достатъчен простор за 4 човека. Домакинът е отзивчив и коректен. Цената също е много добра. Вече втори път отсядаме в този апартамент и със сигурност ще дойдем пак тук при следващото си посещение в Братислава.

I would never wish it on anyone. Stay away from this place.

The best thing about the place is the proximity to the old town of Bratislava. The view from the balcony was great. (but it had a lot of trash, uncleaned ashtrays and cleaning equipment on it and smelled.)

This is the worst accommodation we stayed at during our European trip and unreasonably expensive for what it offers. My message to potential visitors to Bratislava is to stay away from this apartment. I had no communication with the proprietor the whole week until the night before arriving when I received a message demanding that I deposit a 100 Euro deposit plus government taxes of 3.5 Euros per person per night into his account. (This was a completely new expense to me. Booking.com did not inform me of this protocol or additional tax.) I did not know who this person was demanding money from me and if this was a scam. The following day, I received a barrage of messages while on the train from Prague to Bratislava in which Andrey told me that he had trouble with some British and Irish youth who damaged the place and had left without payment. (I resent being placed in such a category of mistrust.) The apartment itself was shocking. Before entering the apartment, old bedding, washing machine, and other broken wood were in the corridor. The apartment was clattered with furniture that did not look tidy or clean. The bedding did not look like it had been changed. The pillows beneath the pillowcases were filthy yellow with stains. (We certainly did not use them for sleeping. The place looked like it was set up for 20 people and not an apartment for two. Only two towels were provided, and they smelled. The floor was in a bad state. There are loose and broken floor tiles in the bathroom. It was a scorching day, but no fan, even a portable one, was provided. The whole experience of staying in the apartment was a nightmare and tainted our stay and experience in Bratislava. I could hardly wait to leave the apartment. I did not receive instructions on how to access the apartment unit half an hour before arriving. The instructions demanded we clean the apartment before leaving. (What a joke. Sorry, Andrey, we are not your cleaners), and leave 14 Euros on the kitchen bench.

It was fine, but won’t visit again

It was a good location and the place had enough room.

No net on the windows and no AC, which was terrible. We were not informed about a deposit of 100€ and a tax of 7€ per person. It was not clean as a whole and the apartment needs some maintenance.

Disappointing

The location

There was no hot hot water and the toilet didn't flush. We specifically said we would arrive at 13 but we never got any instructions to open the lock to get the keys. I sent several emails but there was never a reply. I called several times as well but the host never picked up. Finally he reached out via message asking who I was because he had mixed me up with another client. The communication was difficult and he was slow replying even though the situation was an emergency (we were in Bratislava carrying all our things with no place to stay). Finally, after several hours he sent me a message with the check in instructions. When we complained about the lack of hot water and the broken toilet he never replied. The location is great but I wouldn't recommend. We were "alright" because we only spent one night.

Deposit robbers

Okay apartment

Money robbers, make sure you reuse your towel, if you use a fresh towel on the second day they will accuse you of having more people to stay and rob your deposit. Also no shower curtain and cracked tiles in the bathroom, so be really careful in the bathroom or you might cut your feet like my friend did.

Everything is close and location is very good

Very difficult communication with owner, apartment was a bit dirty and a lot of things is broken for example bathroom tiles, bed in bedroom etc

SABENA - Such a bad experience never again

1) Security – two cable without isolation between beds in saloon. Maybe there is power, which could kill me or my family members. 2) Bed cloths and towels are dirty and not fresh. 3) There is a lot of dust. 4) Tap is moving in the bath-room. 5) A tile is moving in the bath-room. 6) There is an awful smell. 7) There are things not associated with renting. 8) There are additional mattresses blocking space in sleeping-room. 9) There is no light in the corridor – probably bulk has burnt out. 10) Floor is moving in the corridor We resigned, it was not safe and possible to spend a night in such a circumstances described above.

Never coming back again.

Perfect location.

Everything was dirty and broken when we arrived. We told the owner and his answer was like “it is the previous customers fault”, when I think you should at least look if something is clean or even if the sink is stuck. There were not enough things to eat (forks, spoons…) and neither place to eat but the floor. Not even hands soap. Everything was so dirty and destroyed.

A Total disaster,

Host made us wait 2 hours with -3 degrees. No table, no chairs. Check in was at 2.30, he arrives at 4.30. A Total disaster, just beds, to be able to sleep 8 people.

I liked the big bath in bathroom. Very nice location, as it is close to Old Town and Castle.

In bedroom with big bed the linen was not clean, with pretty big dirty spot. No big blanket. In bathroom the flush button is broken. On the balcony was not clean.

Most terrible booking experience in my life. DON'T GO THERE!

Truly, nothing.

It was most terrible booking experience in my life. The apartament was in awful condition - dirty beddings, beds everywhere, extremely dirty bathroom and dishes. Next door there was a loud party until 3AM and inside was super hot (with no air-condition). The street outside is also very loud. It is nothing as it is on booking pictures - be aware and never go there!
