The room was a tad tiny for us all (6) but that’s what we chose (we coulda gotten a 3 bedroom). The elevators were quite fast even on the 18th floor! Was a beautiful view. It is supppper close to everything which was great!!! Only time I drove was to go to Walmart! The parking lot was nice directly across from the actual building!!!! Checkin was super simple (a shorter code would be better, finally remembered it on our last day). Stepping off the elevator was nice it smelt wonderful!!! The only complaint (if you can call it that) was there was no dish soap. A little bottle would be great so you can wash single items. We go down once a year and I will definitely be checking availability here for next year! Thank you Jenn for a wonderful stay!

The place was super nice and the pools were amazing for all ages! The beaches in front of the property were really clean.

Overall the experience and place was nice. The condo is wayyy smaller that it looks in pictures. I would recommend upgrading the living room furniture so everyone could sit together.

The check in process was horrible unfriendly person at counter no carts available for bringing personal items to the room had to wait a long time inside of building and elevators filthy overall impression of room was unimpressive kitchen area dirty appliances gross inside cabinets also gross extremely noisy Sunday am not sure what it was stayed one night and left would not return there or recommend to a friend

Condo was very nice, and communications with owner were great. She gave an accurate description of the unit. Property as a whole (Oceans 1) was not a great experience. Pools were under construction, front desk was not helpful, dirty entrance & elevators. Doors were not being monitored, anyone could walk in. Overall it was a good stay & Jennifer was great. Oceans One needs updates & better descriptions of what they offer.

We enjoyed our stay. The views are great. We ate most of our meals in the condo. Has most everything you need. The host was great to work with!!!!

Great location and beach! Parking is ample and easily accessible across the street. Building is safe and clean. Pools are well maintained and the beach access was incredible. Unit is updated and provided us everything we needed for our stay. Showers worked well and beds were comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

The rental was nice and clean. The only issue we had, the coffee maker wasn't working. Other than that it was a great experience!

The condo is in great location, nice pool, pier - 5 minutes walk. It needs some upgrades but overall stay was good. The owner Jennifer was very helpful.

The property is just as described and offers two private balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The condo was very nice and just what we needed for our family of 4! The view was amazing always but the best was in the morning with the sunrise! So breathtaking. We spent most of our days at the beach and pool but you are in close proximity to alot of restuarants and attractions. (Some were closed because we came during off season). Overall a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend.

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE PROPERTY. THE MANAGER ANSWERED ANY NEED WE HAD. OCEANS ONE HAD PROBLEMS. WE WERE TOLD THE NIGHT SHIFT HAD QUIT. DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE, BUT THE TRASH BINS WERE NOT EMPTIED, NO ONE MONITORED THE BRACELETS REQUIRED FOR THE POOL AREA, THERE WAS NO PARKING IN THE LOT ONE EVENING AND THE LIST GOES ON. HIRE A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO RUN OCEANS ONE!!!!!

At first property seemed somewhat worn but we saw beyond that and had a great time with our grandchildren. Pools were very kid friendly and accessible. We enjoyed the beach being directly in front of the property.

The room was great and the owner communicated quickly. The resort not so clean. Pool towels ran out during middle of day, leaves and things not cleaned up in morning, middle elevator smelled really bad. You never saw any resort people walking around cleaning or doing anything. Our room was very nice though. Another thing about the resort is that the lazy river isn’t really a river. It doesn’t flow. You have to move yourself. Also the beach had lots of shells on it so very hard to walk to the water

A few girlfriends and I were in town for the Diva Run and stayed here. Bed was comfy, amazing location right on the beach, love the modern feel of the condo. Also, Jennifer was great to work with and very communicative! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Beautiful ocean views. Jennifer was great at communicating and answering questions prior to our reservation and arrival. The condo is well furnished, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. 3/4 of a mile from the boardwalk which was nice. Loved listening to the waves and watching the sunrise from the balcony.

We were very happy with the condo and the view was incredible! We loved having the 2 balconies, the pools were really nice and the beach was just steps away. The location is great too. We had an issue with the lock, but Jennifer responded immediately and had the issue resolved as quickly as she could. The unit was clean and well maintained, but we were a little disappointed that there wasn't a window in the 2nd bedroom. The one lamp didn't provide much light either, so it just seemed so dark in there all the time. The pillows and mattresses could stand to be replaced, but were tolerable for our short stay. Aside from just those few little things, we had a great time and would totally recommend staying at this condo!! We will definitely book with Jennifer again if we head back to Myrtle Beach!

This condo is on the 18th floor - loved the view! Jennifer was very accessible in answering questions before our stay. The picture with the blue comforter led us to think 2 bedrooms had balconies. It is actually showing the pull out sofa. The second bedroom has no windows. Our kids didn't mind at all and we had an awesome time. The condo was clean, in a safe area, parking is in the lot across the street, and the desk staff were very friendly. And did I mention it has a fabulous view?!? We will definitely contact Jennifer again if we are staying in Myrtle Beach.

As far as Oceans One Resort. It was mediocre. Because we went on the off season they were doing construction in the indoor pool area. We couldn’t even have a conversation it was so loud. This was not ideal. Check in and out was easy. The view from the 18 floor was perfect. Elevators were quick. Parking was across the street and plentiful. Would recommend it to friends, maybe not on the off season though.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. The condo was lovely and was just as it was described. A perfect location with a gorgeous view. It was everything my husband and I expected it to be. We had a great visit. The condo was spacious and clean and great location. We enjoyed the ocean front view.

Condo was clean, everything we needed for weekend stay. Plenty of towels. Sitting area super comfortable - lots of outlets for all our electronics. We did not use any of the amenities so can not comment on that.

Everything was as advertised. The ocean view was outstanding. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great stay.

The room had incredible oceanfront views from 2 balconies- 1 in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. The bed in the master bedroom was king-size, which was great. Both bedrooms were spacious. I saw a prior review that said there weren't really many "homey" touches, and while that is true, everything was very clean and seemed very well maintained. Would be great for a family with the separate 2nd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. I will book this property again, I was very pleased.

Cons: The condo is compact, with no homey accessories other than pictures on the wall. The kitchen is furnished with bare minimums. The master bed on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being highest, we would rate a 6 and the pillows would get a 5. The front door sticks and does not open all the way which makes it a little challenging for getting in or out with suitcases. The TV worked, but changing and finding channels was challenging. WiFi worked fine. Pros: The two balcony's are awesome as was the view from 18 floors up. The resort amenities were great. The beach was just a few short steps away and close to Pier 2. The location is great and the Resort desk most helpful and polite. Jennifer was very prompt in answering any request we made and our damage deposit was returned with 2 days of our leaving. The cost for the rental was a great bargain and since there was just 3 of us we were very comfortable in the unit. Conclusion: While there are some things that might need updating we enjoyed our stay and the bottom line is that we would stay here again.
