Elevator, quiet.

The bed and couch were old/cheap and not very comfortable. There was a bad smell in the apartment. Most shops and restaurants are at least a 15 minute walk. There is no oven, microwave or toaster.

It was a nice and colourful flat near the city center and the river.

The small bathroom without ventilator. Windows were toward noisy street.

The location was great, the parking easy to reach. The bed was comfortable. The host had prompt reaction to our feedback. Easy checkin procedure.

The bathroom door not closing easily. We suggest more drinking glasses and mugs.

The apartments are big, bright and very comfortable. Not far from the city centre and has amenities around. It was a perfect short stay!

Nothing, the check-in and check-out is super easy and Etagerie team replies within 24 hours.

didnt like that when people used the shower, the whole floor was flooding because the drain didnt work properly + the toilet could use a sink :)

Easy to find, key box easy to locate as was the apartment. Did have an issue with the shower and bathroom plug but was resolved same day. Cleanest apartment we have rented in a long time and we do rent apartments often.

It needs to say on website that there is a lift to all floors but there are 10 steps up to each apartment. Anyone turning up in a wheelchair would have had problems.otherwise there was nothing to not like.

The Etagerie Linz was a nice stay. Good for a small family with the basics that we needed.

It would be nice to have more than one wine glass. 😅

Great place near city center.

The location was excellent. Situated on the Danube, next to a big hotel and near the Lentos Museum and Brucknerhaus concert hall. Walking distance to the center of old town Linz is about 1km. There are supermarkets couple of streets over. The parking availability of the appartment is totaly functional and a must in Linz if you are staying more than day. The appartment is decorated in a 1950's style.

I did not like that our visit in Linz ended in 4 days.

great location, clean, modernist style furniture, superclear instructions, great parking options.

combination of superthin insulations, tin made dining table, poorly made flooring and “special” type of neighbours made our 2days stay far from enjoyable. we were on or toes moving through appartment the whole time, being as “ninja-like”as possible, leaving as soon as possible in the morning, and in combined total 4 hours of our active/awake time in 2 days stay there were 3 complaints from special neighbour.

got an apartment that has a very bad smell in its bathroom! apparently the management knew about it, but chose to give rent out that apartment. the next day, I was moved to another apartment. however, tv was not working. overall, there was no compensation for all of this hassle. certainly not worth the money.

The property was right across the street from a lovely park on the water and. short walk to the center. It was spacious enough for both of us. There is a fridge, oven and stovetop. The bed was comfy as well. I love the way it was decorated.

There’s no ventilation in the shower room. No fan and no window. It smells funny in there. I think there’s mold growing in the drain as silly as that may sound. My husband was disappointed in that there was no microwave. It made reheating leftovers a little more time consuming, but I didn’t mind. There is also no oven cookware so reheating on the stove is your only option unless you’re given leftovers in an oven safe container. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. The key box is outside the first building (62) by the light colored gate. It’s the metal box - I added a picture of. I originally put the wrong code in because the safe code - which is the key box code - is at the bottom of the check in message. I thought the four digit number was in the beginning of the message that talks about check - in the parenthesis section. I was wrong. So I called and the man helping me insisted the safe was inside the first building. He was very nice but I ended up figuring out I used the wrong code on the right box outside. I got the keys. Made my way to the apartment and I think I was so frustrated (because we didn’t know where to park while we figured out the check in situation - and the parking meter person was watching my husband in the car) I couldn’t sort out the door key. If you have a car: I recommend making the turn onto Honaurstraße and parking in the small lot or in front of the gate whilst you check in. This is the easiest place to obviously show you are there temporarily and you can get your bags upstairs easily from there. Finally, you won’t have to drive around making u turns to get to parking. The parking garage is A1. Use the key to get in. to get out, pull the string hanging from the ceiling in front of the gate on the driver’s side.
