Linz is great! And the hotel staff too! The staff and the breakfast were the best!

Man kann am Abend noch eine Kleinigkeit essen und trinken. Der Frühstücksraum ist hell und freundlich und schön möbliert. Das Frühstücksangebot war ausreichend und der Kaffee sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, weil wir mit dem Zug anreisen.

Im Badezimmer fehlen Aufhängemöglichkeiten, man kann seinen Morgenmantel, Nachtwäsche oder Handtuch nicht neben dem Waschbecken/Dusche aufhängen. Wir hatten das Zimmer 449, war alles okay, nur man konnte das Fenster nicht öffnen, weil zwei Betten und eine Ablage davor standen. Man musste auf das Bett steigen, um das Fenster zu kippen/öffnen. Vielleicht kann man die Kofferablage entfernen, um freien Zugang zum Fenster zu haben.

The rooms are a bit basic, but clean, and fairly roomy. The breakfast was quite complete, and included scrambled eggs and bacon. This hotel is probably the closest one to the Hauptbahnhof. A fan was provided, in lieu of A.C.

No facial tissues or coffee-making facilities in the room.

My fault didn’t check the facilities ie: no television. Wi-Fi not the easiest way to connect but thankfully receptionist was on hand.

Tichý hotel, primeraná cena, milý a príjemný personál.

Izba veľmi malá, televízor na skrini, výhľad do steny, čalúnenie postele by si určite zaslúžilo výmenu, Nie je pekný pohľad na čalúnenie postele čo je úplne zodratá koženka.

Gerade wohl renoviert. Guter Geschmack. Kein Vergleich zu vorher. Hervorragendes P/L Verhältnis.

tolles Hotel mit schöner Bar-Frühstücksbereich - einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Kann man nur empfehlen!!!

Bardziej przyjemny, ciepło w pokojach. Czysto i schludnie. Duża łazienka i wygodne łóżko. Dobre śniadania. Parking w podwórku. Na przystanek w drodze znakomity.

Das nicht alle Zimmer barrierefrei sind, mit einem Handicap in den Beinen kann das schwierig werden.

Staub der zum Vorschein kam als ich den Stuhl verrückte.

Alles perfekt. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist gut.Weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß und doch so weit weg, dass man die Züge nicht hört.

Angenehmes ruhiges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe. Fussläufig ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Einfache, saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet

We had a great stay at Lokomotive Hotel, the breakfast was just great, the room was spacious and quiet.

Die Lage des Hotels

Zimmer viel zu klein, Bad/WC eng. Küchen/Frühstücks-Personal versteht kein deutsch. Im Hotel sehr laut. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder extrem schlecht. Diese müssen zwischen dem Müll abgestellt werden.

The manager Claudia looked after us so we’ll and nothing was a problem

Unfortunately there are renovations going on which is a bit difficult - but I’m sure the end result will be good.

The room was nice and newly renovated. After we complained about the problems, show below, the staff gave us a discount. The location was perfect for us.

The whole hotel was under reconstuction, it was just a big mess.The breakfast was in an another building, and it was very disappointing. It was narrow everywhere, the tables were small and actually it was a continental breakfast with a little extension.

Support from the staff was excellent, including assistance with finding a late evening restaurant on a Sunday. The room was comfortable and quiet, and met expectations. Breakfast was good, in the Austrian style, and the bar in the evening served an interesting local beer. Location within an easy walk of the railway station was appreciated, but there was no train noise.

Bath towels were rather thin and not quite as I would have expected.
