I checked in at about 11 p.m. The room was not prepared for a new visitor , the bed linen had not been changed , used towels were lying on the bathroom floor , there wasn‘t even a single unused towel for me . I dialed the recommended 24 hour number for guests , explained the situation and was informed in reply by some lady that she‘s sorry , but could not do anything about it , because she‘s merely a switchboard operator and there’s none of the stuff at the building at that time. I just left for another hotel and left my money as a gift for Business and The City and The Booking.com . Enjoy , as I‘d enjoyed it after a 500 km drive and hope to to get some night rest in a fully prepaid hotel room , prepaid didn‘t mean prepared . Why do you ask me to rate it ? You want to pay me back for this filth ? May be an apology ? No more Booking.com , never again.

Maybe it is usual in Austria but parking fee had to be payed separately.

The hotel is very ok,easy self cheking in,clean,the breakfast is very ok,the coffe machine good, the girl at the reception Samira and the girl with red hair are super good, they work too much as a receptionist and in the kitchen you can't do everything in the same time,and they try their best to do it,advice for the hotel owner, he should need 2 more girls in the kitchen, because one alone can't do all of them, including reception and kitchen, etc.Best reception,good hotel,good wifi internet!

Very nice place, very clean, beds very comfy, parking is available (6 Euro per day), overall highly recommended!

The personnel was quite nice and talkative, breakfast very good, overall for the money nice experience. You could not even hear the autos from the nearby Autobahn. Beds were made up, room was clean.

-The parking cost should be included in the cost of the room (we had to pay extra for the parking space)
