Easy check in at 23:00. The Room was clean and Bathroom as well

The Cleaning Stuff could not speak German or English, i asked them for Towels and did not get any. It was EXTREMELY loud in the morning when the stuff was cleaning. I think that this is some type of hotel where people go to have intercourse or something. Very weird because there is no reception

The hotel is not 24-hour reception as advertised but reception closes at 9.00pm The self check-in is not very user-friendly

Good: the self-check in was really easy. Bad: When we arrived to the place at Sunday evening we didn't know if we can park the car in front of the hotel because there was a sign wich says we must pay fee or we will get a ticket. We didn't know how much to pay and to whom, but there was nobody at the desk to ask it, and nobody answered the phone. We called few times. It was *extremely* frustrating! In addition I requested something from the host when we did booked the room (an extra pillow) and I didn't get it.

The Check-In and Check-Out could be more flexible, apart from that everything else was good.

When receptionist knew, that we are from Ukraine, he didn't get payment and say, that this night for us is free. Thank You very much, Sir! I remembered this for all my life!
