We had 6 couples and were comfortable, a little close to the road, but not bad. A short walk to the beach and close to food marts. Thank You

The online description of the property was spot on. Had most of what was needed. Food store was not far away along with the beach and tourist stores. A bit close to the highway as there was traffic noise but not to bad inside the house. Thank you for a great place for a few couples to hang.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They lied to us about the house having power after hurricane Fiona. A few days before our arrival, we were told a transformer blew, and the house was running on a generator. When we arrived, we were told the house never had power and the generator that the house was running on tripped twice in an hour. You couldn't use the upstairs of the home, and could only run a few air conditioners at a time. We contacted Evolve for a solution. Evolve was extremely helpful, and was going back and forth between us and the owners to come up with a solution. We had agreed to stay the night, expecting the power company to be out the following day to return power to the house, and if power was not restored we would reconnect and make a decision whether or not to stay at the home for the remainder of our trip. While we were on the phone with Evolve, the owner Pablo came in the back gate and began berating us, demanding that we give him money for our stay, and we must stay the entire trip that we booked, or leave the premises immediately. We were still on the phone with Evolve when this happened, and Evolve said this was not the conversation she had with Karen, the other owner, and that she had no idea where this was coming from. Needless to say we ended up leaving, 8 people, stranded on the highway in Puerto Rico with no where to stay. The house is also literally on the major highway in Puerto Rico. The house itself is run down, the upstairs is completely outdated and falling apart, but the pool was nice. That's the only nice thing I have to say about this place.

The house was great. It was just the upstairs bathrooms that needed a lot of work. We didn't use the upstairs because of that. Other than that, it was great

The place is really spacious, needs updating in some of the rooms and all the bathrooms. We hung out in the best part of the house which were the kitchen and pool area. We spent most of our vacation out so the fact that the place needed updating wasn't a huge issue. There were some issues with some of the air conditioning unit, leaking water or not cold enough in some of the rooms.

Good property and fast response to any issue

Property was great, house is beautiful and clean. I do wish there were beach chairs that you can use. The high way was a bit loud but being that close to the beach was great.

This property comes as advertised and is excellent for a large group. We were short cab rides away from Isla Verde, Old San Juan, and the airport. The house is kind of located next to the highway, but it was more convenient than a hassle. Check-in process couldn't have been easier, and they had plenty of towels and sheets ready to go for us.

The property was wonderful. Some areas do need updates but that is to be expected. The pool was nice and fit the entire group. We used it everyday we were there. The rooms were a good size. We also never had an issue with the water being too cold when we showered. It was perfect for all 15 ladies. The location was great too and just a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely rent this place again.

We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday. It was livable, but needs a lot of work. 1. The pool was broke, we had to fill it up every day because it would drain at night which caused a lot of noise while trying to sleep (when I told them, they already knew, and did not inform us of the problem before our arrival).2. The Wi-Fi sucked, it only worked in one room, they didn’t specify that! 3.No wash clothes just dry off towels(we went buy some, that’s the only reason they have them now). One of the a/c units in one of the rooms was broken. It’s very noisy, because of the location right off the highway. Then when you try talking to them, NO ONE SPOKE GOOD ENGLISH!!! I understand we was in Puerto Rico, but how do you suppose to communicate with your renters!?!! It wasn’t all bad though, the kitchen was the nicest part of the house! We do not recommend this house at all!

I wanted to celebrate my 44th birthday with my kids ages 12 up to 2(4 kids), I included family and friends. It ended being 7 adults and 11 kids and the house was perfect for us. No one was on top of each other, the kids loved the pool. We were in walking distance to the beach. The place was really nice…it could use some touch ups. If I were to do a group trip again I would definitely come back there.

I rented this property for my family vacation and husbands birthday. There was a total of 22 people. Adan was my contact and was an amazing guy!! We had a private birthday dinner with Chef William and his assistant Victor,Adan was our waiter!! They made the night special along with a spectacular meal and five star service!!! We were a 5/8 minute walk from the beach using the pedestrian bridge. A 7/8 minute drive from the airport. My grandkids loved the pool and my family enjoyed our vacation time together!!! Thank you Adan!!!!

I rented this house for my family vacation and husbands 40th. There were 22 of us,Adan was our contact and was an amazing guy!! We hired Chef William which is an amenity of the house if you wish,Adan was our waiter and Victor was an assistant. All of them were amazing!! They also offer shuttle services. This was my 1st family vacation in years and I brought more family and friends. This place was great just enough room for 7 adults and 11 kids. The place was well Kept and the size was awesome. Everyone had privacy. I loved that it was in walking distance to a beautiful beach, we had a great driver named Aiden. He was very knowledgeable of Puerto Rico and he got us around when needed. I would recommend this place.

We went to Puerto Rico to celebrate my 40th birthday. Due to the pandemic restriction most things were closed. We were still able to have a great time! The home is beautiful and just as described. Pablo was very attentive to all request.

Pros: Responsive and professional owners Clean house House amenities (pool, bbq grill, big kitchen, lots of space) Cons: bad location (right off highway) House is older and could use renovations. Bit of a walk to beach (have to cross highway via overpass)

Karen and her husband are AMAZING hosts. I mean AMAZINGGGG. The house is perfect for large groups. Many things within walking distance. Pictures do this place no justices. Aside from aesthetics I couldn’t get over how well they tested us and how welcoming they were. My group and I felt right at home in San Juan.

Our group had a wonderful time here! The kitchen/living room and outdoor space were large enough for the 15 of us to hang out together without feeling crammed. Its location next to the highway can be a bit loud from traffic, but otherwise the location was great. It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants, plus there is an amazing Spanish/Puerto Rican bakery nearby.

The house was perfect for our group of 11! It was close to the airport, beach, and walking distance to stores. The pool and grill were excellent perks to the property - loved it! I didn't have any issues communicating with Karen and/or her husband. If you have a large group this is the house for you!

This house is very cute and a great place to stay with a group.

The size of this property was perfect for my family. We were a group of 16, which included 11 kids ages 6 to 16. The pool great as the kids played in it day and night if we weren’t at the beach if our in Viejo San Juan. I was surprised that it was on a highway and we had to walk quite a distance to the beach. All-in-all it was an awesome vacation house for a large group with a huge kitchen for people who love to cook.

Karen was super accommodating with early check in. The house was exactly how it was described online. We had 16 people which was made up of 4 families and we were never on top of each other. Super close to amenities and beaches. I would stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our time in this home . Plenty of room for our family, lots of towels, very clean and felt safe and secure. The home is next to a busy highway, but the water feature with the pool drowned out the sounds of the cars passing. I had trouble reaching the contact with the emails provided prior to our trip & we had a little plumbing issue which a little draino solved but we never received a response from the contact regarding that issue . But overall, we enjoyed it!

Good place to stay, accessibility is not the best but overall it was a nice. We really enjoyed it! Owners were super responsive and very easy to communicate with. Thanks!

Great Location to everything. Karen was great she showed us around the whole house upon arrival. I would recommend this home for anyone that wants to relax or party. I had a party of 14 and there was plenty of extra space.

For a party of 10 adults this house was perfect. There was plenty of room to spread out (pool area, roof top terrace, front patio, outdoor dining area). Centrally located, it is walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants (especially Bebo's BBQ), and on the same street as the off airport rental car companies. The owner is extremely inviting and very accommodating. She was able to recommend a plethora of things to do in the area which helped to extend our fun without encroaching on our wallets. The house was immaculate. The beds were comfortable. All linens were all clean and they provided plenty. Previous guests left food items which helped and there were more than enough coffee filters for the next 100 years. The pool was amazing. We used the gas grill next to the pool many times, they also have a charcoal grill if you prefer it. We did hire a private chef to cook a nice dinner for us one night at the house, at the recommendation of the owner. Everything was delicious and presented beautifully. The only thing was that there were no leftovers, we thought that there would be food left over for the cost. All and all we would do it again. In summary, the house is very clean and convenient. The house came ready for us with all the supplies we needed for cooking , beach towels , blankets even sunblock .we needed nothing 🙂� Owners were overly friendly and so welcoming .We could walk anywhere. 🙂� Overall I look forward to returning and staying here again!

I'd recommend this property - it's a walk to any store or restaurant that you need, but Ubers are pretty cheap and readily available. We had 7 guests and had plenty of space to stretch out. Pool was well maintained and we enjoyed it.

I rented this house for 7 days for 15 guest to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday. The owner Karen and her husband Pablo was awesome. I had some reservations about going to PR after all the damage from the storm. However, Karen assured me that the property was fine. The bedrooms were all nice sizes and accommodated everyone comfortably. We had a few issues while there. One of the bathrooms toilets would not flush, an issue with the oven and a leak in one of the bedrooms. One call to Karen and her or Pablo came right out fix the issue. Chef William that Karen arranged for my husbands birthday dinner was awesome. He and his crew prepped, cooked , served a delicious dinner with appetizers and cleaned up afterwards. The house is as pictured except nowhere listed was that 2 Br/2B were in a separate house. You had to go outside of main house and up stairs to get to them. Also one of the bedrooms was adjoined to another(you had to walk thru to get to)Not that big of a deal, we made it work. The outside patio and terrace was amazing. That's where my group hung out most of the time. Pool was more of wading pool but we still enjoyed it. House was walking distance to Deli, Beach and several shops and restaurants. Short ride to Old San Juan. Will definitely rent this house or any of Karen's other properties on my visit to PR.

The property was just like in the pictures. We had everything we needed. The beach was just a block away. Grocery stores and restaurants near by. The owners were friendly and helpful in every way. This is definitely the place to stay. It is close to the highway but that didn't bother us.
