House and location was perfect for our annual fishing trip. We had everything we needed plus some. We hope to return next year.

We stayed for 6 nights toward the end of July. Great experience overall. Plenty of space for a group to spread out. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful Home Beautiful Area We usually make it to the Oregon Coast every year for vacation. This has been by far our favorite VRBO rental to date. We found this house to be exceptional. The layout of the house was great with everyone having their own space and bathroom. The cooks in the family were very impressed with how well equipped and nice the kitchen was. The house was immaculate with higher end furnishings which you don't always find in rentals. The view of the harbor and ocean from the deck was wonderful. What a perfect place to begin and end your day. The pictures and reviews are spot on. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. We arrived to a bottle of wine, chocolates and coffee on the counter and to top it off was given a free night. They were very helpful in letting us know good places to eat in the Brookings area. WOW these people are amazing, very very kind folks!!! We will definitely be back.

Four couples stayed here for a hiking trip. The facilities and amenities were outstanding. The deck in the afternoon when the sun came out was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and easily accessible. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

This home is lovely looking out on the Brookings harbor. Beautiful sunsets and deck to relax on. Our hosts are gracious and readily available for any questions. Very clean and comfortable bedding and towels. The kitchen has most everything you’ll need to cook and entertain around a large table and bedrooms are nicely appointed with recliners in the master to take in the view. Don’t miss out on this lovely home with a cozy front courtyard too.

We have stayed in many VRBOs in various cities but mostly in Brookings. This house was by far the best ever. The eclectic style, the warm welcome, the location, all of it. It was absolutely beautiful, and we loved our stay. The hosts were awesome. Thanks so much for sharing your home.

Our hosts, Sian & David, were very attentive, generous and informative. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We really appreciated having the great spaces for our dogs also. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here. Our family makes a trip to the coast together every spring, and this was our first time in this home — I don't think it will be our last. We had everything we needed and more, including kitchen supplies (espresso machine!), bedding, wood for the fire, and chairs for sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the harbor. The beds were so comfortable, and we all slept fabulously. Communication with the host was fabulous and easy. All good things to say!

The house is just as described and more. We are very experienced house renters all along the Oregon coast, this house by far was one of our most favorite. We have a 2 year old and a 14 year old and both loved the house! The 14 year old enjoyed the basement room, bathroom and game room, coming up for beach excursions and food. The 2 year old loved the space and learning how to go down the stairs on her tummy! The main sliding door opens onto a 2 year old safe deck that she absolutely loved spending her time on. The view was gorgeous, watching the fleet coming and going every day and evening from the harbor and enjoying the varying moods of the ocean all from the main living space and master bedroom. It snowed while we were there and our daughter loved running in the small front yard and making snow angels. For those with littles that worry about stairs, bring a portable baby gate for the basement. There is no door to block them and as quick as littles are it won't take them long to figure out where the stairs are. Also bring plastic ware for everyone's safety! The dishes are beautiful and sturdy but there were no plastic bowls or plates for the little, also a high chair or chair for table seats. We rent homes so that we can cook and save money in that way. This kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything (but a griddle) that we could need to make our meals. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this home. The comfort, cleanliness, location, site and amenities truly couldn't be beat!

Clean and well equipped. 7 adults and two dogs and we were comfortable. We were offered extra days, but we couldn't accept because of the weather, but otherwise we would have. I thank the hosts for everything . 40 + wind and rain did leak through the windows , but the Hosts took care of it when we called . We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect property as a gateway to Southern Oregon and hosted my family very well with lots of room. The house and views are beautiful.

The six of us had a truly positive experience at the Harbor House! It's a great house, sparkling clean, beautifully furnished, and well located, overlooking the Brookings Harbor. The beach and harbor were not readily accessible on foot, but was a very short drive to anywhere we wished to go. We cooked together and appreciated the quality of everything in the fully equipped kitchen. A large selection of books, games, DVD's, large screen tv. Beds and bathrooms were excellent. Can't say enough about the considerate, detailed oriented hosts, who stayed in close communication, and responded quickly to any question or need. It's definitely a place to which one would feel happy to return. Thanks so much, Sian and David!

The place was outstanding—very cool layout with lots of space, very comfortable beds, great view, and beautiful yard. Sian and David were outstanding! They went out of their way to accommodate some special needs we had. This was probably our favorite VRBO to date!

Sian and David's home is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly located for fishing out of the Brookings harbor. The views are spectacular and the home is so comfortable with a sweet yard making it very pet-friendly. Not only did we receive a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival but the owners were incredibly generous to offer us an additional night at no extra cost. Safe to say this was by far the best VRBO experience we have had to date. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay during our 4 nights in Brookings. It was an excellent location to be able to enjoy the Samuel Boardman Corridor, Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park and Loeb State Park. Our hosts were excellent and had great communication with us as needed. The house was incredibly well appointed with linens, everything for a kitchen and things to do. Above it all, the place was immaculately clean. The deck looks over the harbor and sunsets, which is a perfect place to hang out in the afternoon/evening. Highly recommended.

Beautiful retreat with all the amenities. Communication with the owners was welcoming and helpful. They were always available, yet non-intrusive. The home was clean and comfortable with amazing amenities and everything we could possibly need. We cannot say enough about the view. Hours and hours were spent watching the everchanging ocean, shoreline, and busy harbor activities - rain or shine. So thankful we found this gem which was set up well for our four legged family member as well! Breathtaking!

This home is beautifully furnished, well stocked, clean, roomy and comfortable, has a stunning view and is close to town. The owners dealt with a dryer issue quickly and made sure we were not inconvenienced. Would highly recommend!
