Perched above the Pacific Ocean, sun streaming through the cathedral windows in the afternoon, this house had everything we needed.

Aside from not being able to stay longer, the downstairs toilet seat/lid is coming adrift so tricky to navigate!

The location and views of the ocean were stunning.

Things were just not in proper repair. The garage door was really hard to unlock and the knob was way to close to the door jam so when you opened it, it scraped your knuckles. The bbq was disgusting and just covered up like someone hoped no one was going to use it. The bar for the hottub was broken, and the cover was really in rough shape.

The house is dated and needs some sanitizer. It has a musty smell. The new carpet was nice.

The house is very old and needs to be updated. The garbage disposal was leaking all under the sink and had an awful smell coming from it. The cleaners just put a bucket under the sink to obtain all the leaking water and they expect whom ever is staying there to empty the water. So we had to empty the old water from the prior people staying there, which smelled really bad. The cleaning costs for this house were ridiculous and the house was dirty when we arrived. Dishes left in dishwasher, the vents needed cleaned and food stains were left all over the place. The house says there is beach access, but there is not! The sewer in this house needs to be cleaned as there is an awful smell outside and water coming up out of the ground! There was old lights and furniture that needs to be thrown away in the garage. The heaters in the house are all rusty and truly look super dangerous. This house appears larger in the pictures. the hot tub does too, but it is not.
