We just stayed four nights. house easy to find. really clean, well appointed, lovely to stay in. Tāupo was cold, but the house was easy to get to warm. Really recommend it. It would suit a family - there are good sized bedrooms. We were just two though. very quiet place. two lovely couches to lounge on while we read books and looked at the lake. definitely worth staying

This is a lovely property to stay at. We were there for 8 nights. Normally we'd be out and about most of the time, but we struck some bad weather, which meant we were at the house longer than expected. It was a great place to spend an extended period of time. The location is quiet and relaxing. The facilities are ideal, and the spa pool a great hit. Highly recommended and we hope to stay there in the future.

Loved the house and location. Watching the sunsets at night from the balcony was amazing. Very well stocked, comfy beds and everything you could need. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect with this property. All the most modern conveniences, a nice view of the lake and a large dick. Also a natural hot pool in the backyard to use. Close to downtown in the shops. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend, the plunge pool is divine. Had a great weekend away with friends. Well appointed with everything we needed, the place was immaculate and the beds were amazing.

I must say how much we all fell in love with this house! Three hardworking ladies who wsnted soneehere we could spend time together but also do our own thing. Thank you Mandy for allowing us to stay here. I loved the pool! Your beds were so comfortable and our food technology teacher loved your kitchen! Our other friend loved the layout of the house, especially when she was able to blue tooth her music! P.s. note to self. Read the house book first! Love love, LOVED it!

This beautiful home is magnificent! It is furnished with everything you could need for a few days or a long stay. A five-minute stroll will take you to a walking/biking trail along the shore of Lake Taupo. Or you could stay home and use the thermal plunge pool for a relaxing soak. Mandy was a wonderful hostess and graciously allowed us a late checkout on our final day there. We highly recommend this property; it is truly the nicest VRBO rental we've ever used [other than, of course, our own VRBO condo at Sugar Mountain, NC, US :<) ]!

House was spacious and clean. Lot's of room to relax and enjoy the view of the lake. We had a hiccup when we checked in, but Mandy was attentive and it was resolved. Beds were a little firm and both my friend and I were a little sore from that, but everyone has different needs. it was a minor thing. Mandy was lovely to work with. Would highly recommend! Overall we had a fabulous time. Thank you so much Mandy!

Pros: Generous sized rooms, Comfortable beds and furniture throughout, Great private natural thermal bath, Superb appliances, Weber grill, Quiet neighborhood, Programmable keyless door lock. Cons: Quirky linen policy. My wife and I had to specify exactly which bed(s) we would use before seeing the place (NOYB!). We were issued only one set of towels each for our one week stay. When we complained the cleaning lady came over and gave us one more set each from a locked storage closet. She let me know that this was a special favor just for us. This house has 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen and an outdoor spa/ hot tub. We found ourselves washing our hands in one bathroom and running to another to find a towel. The final communication before check-in warned us not to sleep in any bed that did not have sheets on it. Yuk! Who would do that? If this has been a problem, why wouldn't they just put sheets on all the beds (and towels in all the bathrooms)? Some beach towels for the outdoor spa would also be nice.

Best one we have stayed in. Not one complaint from any of our group of leisure marchers
