Pretty much nothing ☹️

Bath towels were threadbare and felt like sandpaper. Linen was old and dated, pillow case had holes. Shower curtain was filthy dirty. Toilet was crammed between washing machine & radiator, a larger person would not have fitted. Shower nozzle was broken and fell down as you used it. Kitchen utensils and kitchen goods were dirty, in need of replacing. No dish clothes, tea towels, no toaster. Whole place needs updating and massive clean work replacement of everything.

Our time in the hotel apartment has been lovely. We found everything we needed right within the apartment, making our two-night stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, the WiFi was fast, and all necessary equipment was provided, enhancing our overall experience.

Karim is very responsive and helpful, who provided access/ check in to the property by 12noon well before the scheduled time at 3pm and the instructions was very clear to get the keys.

The pillow covers were not washed and they were extremely old, discoloured. The bed linen and duvet covers in both rooms were smelly, very old, and not washed. We paid £246 for a night. How much a new pair of pillows, pillow cover, bed sheet, duvet, towels and duvet cover cost? The kitchen has no electric kettle which was a shock. There is an old style boiling kettle that needs to be used on the Induction hob, and the induction hob is very temperamental to get started and it makes the room further hot to make a tea. The old style hot water kettle It is risky too. How much an electric kettle costs these days? Perhaps £20-25. I am a host too of my own 2 bed flat in UK. I always go to the extra mile to provide clean or brand new bedding, fully washed after every guests leaving. Here the towels were seem to be a good few years old. The curtains are so thin that bright lights come inside throughout the night from adjacent flat. I hope he improves the quality of the stay by providing new pairs of bed sheets, pillows, duvet covers and some fresh toiletries and a new electric kettle.

Conveniently located. Nice size two-bedroom apt for four adults, nicely equipped with full kitchen.

Good location. Very near the heart of town. Well priced for location. Close to good eateries.

The bathroom was very cramped, especially with washing machine between toilet and bath. Parking was also tricky in the area.
