Great condo in a nice location. Had beach across the street and the bay off the back balcony. Lots of places to eat and shop. The boardwalk was only a 5 minute drive.

We enjoyed our stay. The beach is only a block away across the Coastal Highway. We were able to walk to various locations (food, mini golf, ice cream, etc.). The view overlooking the bay was outstanding. We took pictures of the sunset on numerous occasions.

This condo has a beautiful view of the bay from the back porch. It is pretty far north of the boardwalk and needs to be driven to, but it was a decently close walk to the beach. Only problem is that it is in the other side of the coastal highway and needs to be crossed to get to the beach. But even with a 1 year old, two 4 year olds and an 8 year old, we managed to walk to the beach with no issues each day. No need to drive there. The condo was very spacious with a bathroom for each room. That was amazing. We had to supply all paper needs and had to pay for bedding , which wasn’t ideal like a hotel. Overall, we loved our stay and would go back again.

Everything was great about the condo except the cleanliness. The bed rooms could use some updating and the master bathroom had a musty smell with mold growing on the windows. The master bathroom had mold growing in the shower. Location, communication, views, condo utilities were great. I would recommend some deep cleaning and possibly rid of the carpets. Otherwise everything else was great!

This condo was so cute! It was the perfect size for our group. Steve and Claire were great hosts who went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. Just a couple minor things, the dresser in the Queen room had a moldy smell in the drawers, so we didn't use it. The master bedroom had a moldy smell as well that seemed to dissipate. And the hot water did not last very long. The balcony was great and the view was spectacular. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Thank you for letting us stay!

Steve was a great host with a very nice place. He was very helpful when I had questions would book again. I have stayed in this building before under a different host, this is my favorite place lots of parking and a secure building.

Despite our vacation being rained out we had a wonderful time. We really were happy to have a beautiful clean, warm place to watch the storms over the bay. Friendly piece of advice check the master bedroom's balcony lock before going outside. We had a tremendous gust of wind some how shut the door on us and we got locked out. The property management team was excellent with helping us in our moment of need! We would definitely stay again.

This beautiful condo fit our every need!! Owner was super quick to respond to my messages. The view of the bay is just amazing both from inside the the condo and on the balcony. The beach is only a short 1 1/2 blocks away. The furniture, floors, and appliances are all in great shape.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Coral seas. The bay front views were amazing and the condo had everything we needed. The rooftop pool was a hit for the kids. We walked to most locations for dinner. We plan to stay again when we visit OCMD.

Great location.. smooth check in/check out. Only issue was the floors were extremely dirty (feet turned black within being there 2 minutes) and dishes along with pots still had food on them.

Overall we had a great stay. We didn't pay for linens but we weren't expecting not to have basic necessities like dishwasher soap and others. A littlw disappointment there but unit was very clean and we had a great time. Thx

This was our 2nd year in this unit. Everything was as expected. We enjoy the location being a little less crowded than other areas of Ocean City. The balcony is the perfect place to watch a sunset and the rooftop pool is one of my favorite pools of any condo / hotel that I've stayed in.

Recently stayed here with a group of friends. Plenty of room for everyone and the view of the bay was great. Spent some time at the rooftop pool too which was nice. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I would def recommend staying here.

Great location with amazing views!
We liked this rental a lot. The location is very convenient with easy access to the beach (a short walk), the bay (out the back window) and costal highway (right outside the front door). You cannot beat the sunsets - I would recommend for that alone! The amenities of the place and the building are very nice and as described and photographed. The primary suite is very nice and has its own small balcony. This is a great place for a family to stay for a weekend or week! Only issue we had was an odor present, but the owners worked with us to try and correct it while we were there.

It was wonderful having 3 bathrooms and a washer and dryer! The balcony was huge and allowed all of us to hang out at the table, playing games, drinking coffeee, etc. The only downside was because we booked the weekend before Memorial Day, the pool was not operating yet. So make sure if you book off-season you ask about the pool operation. Otherwise - this was a great location. Easy walk to the beach, and a quick jump on the bus and you can get right to the boardwalk.

We loved this condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the balcony with the amazing sunsets. It was an easy 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing we would change would be addition of blackout blinds in the master and queen bedrooms. The outside lights from the buildings around them were very bright and at 3 am looked like it was sunrise. Loved having a washer and dryer onsite. There were boogy boards, sand toys and a buggy. Definitely don't pack those things if your going to stay here. We had a great vacation!

The condo was in a great location and had beautiful views of the bay from the spacious deck. It was well maintained, very clean, larger than we expected and quiet. Rita and Steve were extremely responsive via email both before and after our stay. The pool on the rooftop was the perfect change of pace from the beach. Overall we had an excellent stay and would rent here again!
