Nice area with just a short drive from everything.
House was nice with everything we needed and has heating throughout.
Although a shampoo, bodywash dispenser would have been nice.

This house has everything we needed, very clean, great location and I would happily recommend it to others.

Our family of 6 found this very spacious, with plenty of room to accomodate more. We could all sit comfortably around the large table to enjoy meals and games. The heating and electric blankets made the stay warm in winter. The kitchen was well equiped. Communication with hosts was easy. Highly recommend this property.

Generous sized house with 2 large living areas and plenty of room for kitchen / dining to house the 7 of us. The weather was very chilly but it was nice and warm inside the house. Very conveniently located to Katoomba town centre & attractions like Scenic World.

Just checked out this morning and spent the weekend there for UTA. Short walk to Scenic World and this year the 100km race went past the house so we could cheer people from the front driveway. House is so warm with the central heating throughout. It was just the two of us but the house is huge and caters for many more. Very comfortable stay. Cleaners just need to check under furniture and bedrooms for any rubbish and lost property as we found some on our arrival. This wouldn't stop us from staying again though. Well stocked kitchen.

The house was perfect for our needs. We had a 30 year reunion with old friends we met overseas whilst backpacking. Great kitchen with all you need, great big dining table and comfortable lounge. Very easy and relaxed weekend. Thank you. We will book it again for sure.

A roomy, comfortable house with a generously appointed kitchen. 10 of us ate well, slept well and had the most wonderful bushwalks. The house had everything we wanted, with such a lovely outlook and in a quiet area.

The location is great and the layout of the house is great, plenty of room and a lovely big dining lounge area. Everything we needed was there. Easy walk to the shops.

Our family of 7 with 5 children thoroughly enjoyed spending 7 nights at this property - it had plenty of rooms for the kids to have their own space plus a lovely spacious backyard and deck area, and all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and have a place to call home for the week. The location of the property is perfect to get to all the main tourist attractions and only a short walk to the Katoomba shops! Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family getaway
Two families shared this space which had plenty of space for 4 adults & 6 kids.
Kitchen was a lovely place to prepare meals and the large dining table was ideal for long family meals.
Central heating was lovely & electric blankets were welcomed for the rainy/cold weekend that we were there for

We have stayed with Lisa previously at another property, as always the property was everything we require, many bedrooms, spacious living areas and an extremely well equiped kitchen. Lisa is always very accommodating, with great communication and flexibility to fit our needs. Thanks Lisa for setting the scene for our favourite weekends of the year!

Great layout for a group booking
The outstanding aspect of the house was the living areas. The 'front' room is full of light and is very cosy and comfy with no tv 👏, while the main living/dining room with three large lounges and a very practical outsize coffee table was perfect for our group of 7 and would easily have accommodated more. Another thing we noted was that the bedrooms were pretty much all equal in comfort and location-the twin rooms didn't feel like bunk rooms, as is often the case in share houses. Located within an easy walk to the main street, with a very affordable price tag, this is an excellent place to stay in Katoomba

Lisa was lovely to deal with, quick to respond to messages and very helpful. Check in was easy. The house had a lot of room and everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately when we arrived the dishwasher was still running and so over filled that we had to rewash some of the dishes, and there were wet towels. Also the living room lights flickered constantly, and the veranda roof was lifting in the wind. Still, overall a great place to stay and I would recommend it, but the cleaning fee was not justified

Couldn't have been a better place than Mountain Ash to have a holiday after the 100+ days of lockdown! Beautiful house, lots of space, nice balcony, fully equipped, spotless kitchen, close to town centre and places to visit, backyard bush setting - everything was to our liking! Lisa was flexible, patient and always prompt to help out with clear details, a real pleasure to deal with - thank you!Absolutely no hesitation to recommend Lisa and Mountain Ash, whatever the duration or season of stay!
