It was peaceful.

The room, floor tiles cracked, hole in the wall, dirty. The property, loose walkway blocks, smoking and vaping allowed, the manager, Kimberly, was rude!

There was mold on the long mirror in the bedroom. It was very bad onthe front and back, very noticeable. Can’t believe it was hung up!!

Location

Plantation East Unit 3117 - AC doesn’t work!!! Shower drain stopped up! Balcony door won’t lock and it’s ground level! Keypad to enter the room doesn’t work due to dead battery. I had to call Vacasa to get the code for the lock box to get a key to open it manually. They didn’t have the correct code. I guessed the code myself if that tells you how secure it was!!! We had to wait while the room was finished cleaning because it wasn’t ready at 4:00 for check in. I called Vacasa and ask to be moved to a different unit 2 hours after arriving. I was told the local Vacasa property manager would be calling me. It’s 10:20 pm and haven’t received a call yet! This is ridiculous! Do NOT book through Vacasa!!! I have stayed in a different condo here in the past with no issue.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Nice property.

Unclear on what cleaning was expected at check out. Coffee pot needs replaced.

My kids enjoyed the quick access to pools and beach

It was not clean, had a moldy smell

Everything was beautiful including the view on the 3rd floor

The elevator was hot & the sliding door was hard to open & close and it did not lock.
